For example if they are asking 469 for the house for sale pricewise could we lower it example to like 450 if they’re wanting a lease back and not charge them any rent for those weeks that they are staying there? They are wanting to stay there until the end of June.

You can certainly offer that. It is a long time to have a Post Occupancy but I do see it happening. I would talk to the title company who you are teamed up with and ask them how they handle that. I have a legal document that we use so that everyone stays protected in that situation.

@@bitario723 This is a great conversation to have via phone:) 850-259-2894. But in the meantime, are you currently working with an agent? If so, ask your agent how their brokerage is handle the post-occupancy. It might depend on which state you live in.
