I'm going to need Donaldo's build, Special allocation, perks, skills & traits. It should be interesting build rife with difficulties. Also Intelligence needs to 6 or 7, not quite a genius but smart enough to get under your skin. Anything 3 or below would get you very special dialogue. Like special ed dialogue from NPC, 😂.
