Making a living is tough and takes a lot of hard work. Everybody needs the time to balance and refocus. Glad that you can recognize when it’s time to relieve the pressure on yourself. It will make the photos that you do take even better! Best of luck with all three shops!

Your original concept of the "the Studio" coffee shop seemed simple and would be a nice sideline when you weren't traveling the world chasing sunrises and sunsets. Now it seems you're wanting to be the Tim Horton of Portugal. What's up with that? The one store didn't have enough wall space for all your photos? Do you or have you ever thought to offer cold brew coffee? Like not iced coffee, actual 24 hour cold brew coffee? I can never find true cold brew coffee at coffee shops.

Yup, we do a true cold brew. We do single origin cold brews, usually a 16 hour extraction. :D
