Recipe and preparation:
4 eggs
Separate the white from the yolks
Beat the white with salt for 5 minutes
Egg yolks + sugar 3 tablespoons, beat
1 jar of yogurt 350 grams
Corn starch 3 tablespoons + vanilla
Shape 23 cm in diameter
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees
Powdered sugar for dusting
