Good discussion. I believe our men will and should lead the way. Children in our community are lacking a strong, positive male figure in their lives. As women we’ve been holding it down but if we are keeping it 100, it’s nothing like a man leading the way. Regarding the topic, entrepreneurs need workers and workers need entrepreneurs. There are multiple ways of building wealth even with working a 9-5. Everyone has to find their own path to success. Our children need to be educated on the different paths to success! Good job fellas.

Entrepreneurship is not for everyone just like college is not for everyone. However, you're never going to leave a generational legacy to your family by holding down a job and making Elon Musk Wealthier. Too many of us have bought into a system that has just made us workers and not owners. Get an education but learn how to run your own business and not work 30 years for a retirement that you may have 10 to 15 to enjoy.

Powerful discussion and I most definitely agree on a center for kids to go and be inside a safe environment where they can learn trades or businesses and have activities like basketball, swimming ect!!

The college experience is still an excellent choice. Colleges are teaching tech, finance and entrepreneurial skills. College is great for networking opportunities.
