In our nation always were and will be many patriots, but - unfortunately for us - a few traitors and cowards as well. The most important for all polish people, who love their fatherland is to keep power in hands of the first kind of us, not in the second. Every year since I learnt of the immense sacrifices made by the Polish people during the Warsaw uprising I have been standing up and kept my mouth shut for one minute on August 1st. Every year I have done this, and every year I shall do this. I have nothing but respect for the brave Polish men, women and children who fought for their more than deserved freedom and safety. Every year I will show that respect in the way I can. By sacrificing one minute of my life to commemorate those who gave it all for their family, friends and country. Never forget, always respect but forgivrness is very important when we are willing to have bright future... Maybe not forgiving people who did the worst things to Warsaw citizens, but we can not treat Germans or Ukrainians nowadays as we would treat Wehrmacht or SS-Galizien. Remember what happened but try to build better future and do not let this happen again.. Humanity already suffered enough, there is no need for more conflicts.

The sirens are heard at 5pm, "W hour", in many, if not all, polish cities that day. We will allways remember brave people who sacrificied their youth and lives to the idea of freedom and free Poland, they did it for us, we can't forget that. Nowadays many historians are saying that the decision to start the uprising was bad, but that's politics. People who fought in uprising did this because they believed there is a chance to free Warsaw and with that, a chance to end german ocupation, and they agreed to give their lives for that chance, they agreed to give their lives for us 😢

She, along with many women partisans, were then incarcerated by the nazis in Stalag VIC P.o.W. camp - from where, upon liberation, very many ended up in England... where I was born. Musze to napisać... Cześć i Chwała Bohaterom.
@PiotrPilinko8 жыл бұрын

@ramze1118 жыл бұрын

Warsaw Uprising was such a tragedy just because of Russians. Heading to Warsaw Russian army stopped at the right side of Vistula and waited till Uprising bleed out. It was easier for fucking communists to do, because they had less Polish Patriots to fight with after the war. Russians destroyed Poland for ages with filthy communism. You should've never come up with your comment under this video.
@mattmaatt52679 жыл бұрын
raviq11 And what's his fault? Sending a positive message? Just because he's Russian it doesn't mean you should blame him for what Stalin and his minions did. If they didn't serve they were being shot which is as horrible as many of other World War 2 horrors.
