You can absolutely save the Sunbeam. In order to do it, you need cure the virus before the Sunbeam is to arrive. Then the wreckage of the Aurora is too dense around the planet to land safely

You probably know this already but, for future reference The lantern fruit, Chinese potatoes, and marble melon is a valuable food resource. A little tip if you go back to the degasi base island.

Also gel sack (he got 1 in a capsule) are great for bioreactor, can grow em in bulk & only take 1 slot & provide over 200 energy each. (and soem food/water)

Little tip: You can grow a lot of those items like the Bloodoil, Shrooms, Creepvive seed, Gel Sack, etc. using an exterior growbed. I def recommend using them when setting up bases, especially when diving down deeper into the map where certain items are scarce :)

I would also recommend harvesting seeds from the trees and plants that are on the islands and planting those on an interior growbed so you can have unlimited food and water

Syn please invest in an outdoor grow bed and collect seeds you can farm the blood oil, deep shrooms and sooo much more! It will save you having to go all the way back to different locations!

There is actually a way to save the sun beam but it will say that there is to much debris in the atmosphere and the need to go back. Pretty cool tho that you can save there lives

I'm really suggesting you to plant some stuff that you can't get around your base (like blood oil, white mushrooms, gel sack etc.) because Exterior Growbed is cheap to build and it's really practical.

Loving your content! Don't forget to build up a garden, both interior and exterior, with gel sacs and the fruiting trees from the islands. It's the cheapest way to make bioreactor fuel.

did you know that if you have a live Peeper in your hand, you can actually "tame" the Reaper Leviathan for a period of time? I've done it several times and I've actually kinda sorta brought one back to my escape pod on accident, but it was fine... scary but fine... just had to keep feeding it fish to keep it sorta passive.

You can find the eggs of those worms inside of some of the pink mushrooms, which you can put inside of the big big aquarium that you can swim inside of. If you put more than one of them, they will have more eggs and babies of their own. same with the fish.

Yeah if you disable the gun by basically beating the game with out pressing the radio at all and then you activate the sunbean the gun will not shoot but the sunbean will say :there's to much like stuff in the atmosphere and cant pass through" and they will leave you here but they survive 👍

It is possible to save the Sunbeam. To do so, you need to stop listening to your radio before they tell you about the rendezvous, and then disable the cannon. Afterwards they will tell you the meet up location, but something will go wrong and they will leave without you.

Should just get a outdoor grower that sits in the water and just grow it. Like many other plants you can do with the mushrooms. Then if you have dry land you can do potatoes and other stuff that doesn't need efficient amount of water covering it

I was curious if you could save the sunbeam too. Apparently it is doable, you have to get everything you need before you start that timer, go into that building, and shut if the laser. Only thing is that'll happen is the sunbeam will say there's too much debris and can't land, then you'll never hear from them again. So you'll save them but you won't get an early ending.

You can save sunbeam if you get to the weapon before you get infected. You can then deactivate it before they come.

I believe if you go to the gun fast enough and your not infected you can turn the gun off but then the sunbeam won’t rescue you, they just leave you. Also great video I love this series so far!!!

Unfortunately, you are unable to prevent Sunbeam's demise. Disabling the weapon requires you to be safe from the infection. Even if you go to the island at the very beginning of the game, it is programmed to infect anyone who comes close. It would be an amazing alternate ending if you could disable the weapon and save Sunbeam, but alas, it is not a possibility. 😔
