If we are talking about the same person, both of these "truths" can not be true. Your statement was about two different people. I have considered this at length and come to a realization. Humans can invent an infinite number of genders, if you can dream it you can act it out and name it what you like. However nature only has two and they are both linked directly to sex. Masculine and feminine, and any other human constructed gender is limited to being a combination of the two.
