There's a Bloodborne enemy in Elden Ring's DLC and it scares me

First time I ran into Winter Lanterns enemies I thought they were impossible to kill. Nope there's way.

Madness in the vicinity increases attack power.. I tested it by using howl of shabriri casting madness on myself using a perfume bottle weapon, but that didn't do anything so maybe its just that the perfume bottle weapons are bugged? anyway it seems like there's a lot of potential with this talisman

noticed in my 2nd playthrough that the torn note you get is telling you how to beat them 😂 "brush that ish aside" 😂
