Just watching Sky Commentator on the Leeds game, saying QPR just havn’t turned up, not one shot on goal, and Celar had an absolute nailed on chance….and shot so poorly it was embarrassing! Now 5 points from safety, and seemingly doomed to go down without so much as a whimper. Just how bad does it have to get before MC goes?

Funnily i did a post on one of our fb groups saying exactly what Kev has just said on here and got slated saying i know nothing about football. Glad to see Kev doesn't either 😂😂 But i make both of you totally right on everything. Outside looking in, the club at the moment looks a shambles with so many issues going on all over the place at the same period. Fans saying we have to supports the lads and not have a go at them but sometimes thats needed to get them to wake up and change what they're doing wrong. The manager also needs to stop tinkering with players positions, i get we've got injuries but some of these choices are ridiculous. We also never seem to have anywhere near a settled side in terms of playing together and building partnerships. Again that could be due to injuries but even when they were fit it was chop and change left right and centre. I wonder if those in recruitment are facing questions too or do they keep getting away scott free

David, As a globally experience management consultant, my first question is always about where the leadership derives ... it always come from the top. But who is really at the top ... invisible owners, a commercially adolescent CEO, a cyclical recruitment director or an impossibly compromised coach. In my experience managers need to be allowed to manage. But allow the front liners to say what they need ... probably my only criticism of MC is knowing how to deal at this level. Not easy. But please don't recycle him.

Whilst keeping belk as head of recruitment who gas a terrible record at the club re his successful signings. It's almost like nourry is the son of a close friend of a major shareholder...

I've already consigned ourselves to div. 1. I can't see this squad or management turning this around, they simply are not good enough for the Championship. The signings are not good enough, so the CEO's data recruitment plan has failed. The owners were hoodwinked by the CEO's promises. He is an inexperienced kid trying to run a football club. That is a really poor decision that is costing the club dearly. Time for new owners, CEO, and most of the squad. Sorry, but I have never seen such a lack of quality at QPR in 4 decades. I love MC. brilliant for us last season incredible and I would love him to be out manager for a long time...however he's not without blame and is complicit with the signings given a) he allowed then to come in ..over his head possibly b) he signed a new deal in September so must have been OK with the set up

Recruitment is definitely an issue. However, I don’t see the issue with the recruitment team attending QPR games - every professional match across the world is recorded. It is more efficient to watch recordings than travel the country/europe to watch one player only.
