As someone in the Warriors and WoF fandom, there are quite a few things that Scholastic can do to help with a better marketing strategy: . Create trailers on KZbin. Warrior Cats does this quite well, especially back in the day when the books were still new. . Create an official website for fans to view and learn more about the world and content surrounding WoF. . Host fan events besides just panels with the writers or artists, maybe kind of like a mini convention. . Merch !! Merch is the biggest marketing strategy when it comes to fandoms. Right now, WoF merch is pretty lackluster, but if they got a good company to do it, they could bring in millions of dollars. These are just a few, but they might help the series stand out more and bring more people in. :)

New video idea! You know how Warriors Cats has that huge warrior cats website with information about all of the books, new releases, characters, and even some tests, quizzes, and other mini games? I know that Wings of Fire has a well-established wiki but I feel like if they had a super fun, integrated website like this with all of the information in one single place, it would help out a lot with marketing!❤️

Darkstalker had a sister,whiteout,who didn’t inherit animus magic but had the gene. The gene was passed down all the way to stonemover as her descendant. The Obsidian mirror that let dragons to spy on others was either made by the first jerboa or some other animus

I have an example for the bad marketing: I life in Germany and Wings of Fire just released late 2020. I found the series last summer and I devoured it. I've never heard of the series in real life. I saw one tumblr post with the cover of book 1 and I was hooked. But there was no WoF books in my local book shop. BUT they have a whole wall for Warrior Cats! So imagine my suprise when I learned how "old" the WoF books are. I got bored reading Warrior Cats and Wings of Fire released around the year I stopped reading the series. I would have been head over heels to read a new dragon series! They also delayed the release of the german book 15 for over 8 months. I'm in two book clubs and noone has heard of WoF but they all know Warrior Cats. Some of them have younger siblings that are in the age group for the WoF books but they never saw them anywhere. It's just sad that publisher/author/etc don't do anything to promote the book in other countries

Considering that WoF is labelled as a New York Times Best-selling series, there does seem to be a dearth of marketing. I do agree that Scolastic should work with creators more and put up their advertising on KZbin, like what Netflix does with Geeked Week and with TDP S6 releasing. Most, if not all, of us FanWings are here, so it should be where Scholastic reaches out

You're provided with special markers that you use to color the vellum paper inside! You end up creating suncatchers of different characters. Vellum paper looks like stained glass when it's hung up

No seriously because I have friends who only found out arc 4 was confirmed like a few weeks ago. And these are genuine fans of the series, who are often online. I don't think WoF was ever going to have as big a following as Warriors, but if we had half the promotionals it could develop the fandom much more. I think it's also because WC has a much bigger team. I've already seen many people in the comments suggesting an official interactive website, which would be so cool.

I think a main issue is that Scholastic Tries to use Homebase for WoF News, as a way to try and get more players, but Homebase just sucks as an entertaining game, and isn't a good way to go about it, so it dies until they announce the next Homebase exclusive content. I do agree that they should work with some of the fans though. Like, there's already a Wings of Fire News account that has a decent following, work with them and make that an official account. Or even just hire someone to post news they might be too busy to post themselves
