My older sister was 52 when she passed. While in the ICU, and in the process of dying, the hospital chaplain came in to have a prayer with my Mom, sister, and I. Before the chaplain praye, she asked if she could sing something. She began singing this song. She had a sweet voice, and it was a beautiful almost like an angel.😢❤️

This song dropped into my spirit this morning... I haven’t sang or heard it in years.. it reminds me of growing up in the Methodist Church sitting next to my late great grandmother who swayed back and forth while singing this hymn. I didn’t appreciate these type of songs as a child, but they resonate with my soul as a grown man. Rest In Peace to my dear grandmother.♥️

As I listened to the words of this song, it reminds me of the work that the Holy Spirit. ...came to do here on earth. Thanks for posting this brother Ronald. I had to dig because all I could find were millionaires like Bill and Gloria gaither and other artists that post their pictures all over and charge money in the hundreds of dollars to go to their concert. My Bible says right out of the Lord Jesus mouth, freely you have received freely you shall give. That is the word of God not my opinion. When people charge money for Spiritual things it is detestable and an abomination is what I see in the word after humbly studying for 38 years there is no other conclusion. Thanks again my brother. It's pitiful the business that worshiping the Lord has been turned into. I don't want to be in any of their shoes on Judgment Day I will tell you that much. Christ will judge I'm just looking at the fruit and comparing it to the word of God and it doesn't match up. When I first got saved in the '80s a guy named Carmen rented the entire Super bowl in New Orleans two times with free admission and past buckets around. Not only did he pay God knows how much to rent that huge football stadium but he had an overage because God takes care of every need in a Ministry as everyone I've been in we've never asked for a penny and God supplied everything. Great song it always fills me with the spirit. It's a feeling you get that's unexplainable. But why are they all in black who died was this a funeral? Okay that was sarcasm but who reads this has to understand a person should be filled with joy when singing praises to our creator the color tone of clothing has me to believe they wear this color as to make a presence in church.
