Interesting thing just occurred to me, Suzanne. I’ve heard you talk about your character having low self esteem. I know that has evolved, been seen through, whatever. But what I notice in listening to these videos is that I find not even the slightest edge of arrogance, judgment, or smugness. Naturally this would come from the depth of realization, the clarity of seeing. But what occurred to me just now is that perhaps this also comes from the fact that you were never arrogant to begin with! Someone said if you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. While a city cemetery is an OK place to hang out, what if you hang out at a park or better in a forest or mountains far from people? It will be less predictable, less secure, less controlling for a hanging ego. Your assemblage point will naturally change, changing perception, feelings, thoughts. You will have a 100% different experience there

It’s interesting to see people interpreting this as potential depression. I think if you haven’t been through it, it might look that way because these views are so out of character for a “normal” person who still has a lot of ego, opinions, wants, beliefs. But the whole point is that these things don’t need to be there. A lot of what is driving “normal” behavior is based on stuff that doesn’t really exist and is just conditioning most people never pause to think about. If you’re still thinking in terms of depressed or not depressed, you haven’t experienced this mind state. There is no separate being to be depressed. There is only this. If there’s just one heart-mind we all share, how can one person’s heart-mind be compared to another’s?

how does the body experience boredom? i experience boredom as a kind of nausea, as if i'm about to throw up. because of that, i can't stand doing nothing for long periods of time, or my mind start creating these horrible scenarios where i commit suicide. one answer i found to that is to occupy my mind with lots of studying and commitment. i wonder if this decision is a form of escape from being able to view this wholsome aliveness, or a form of physical protection from harm.

BK, From your description, I wonder if it’s boredom, or if it might actually be fear? Either way, in my experience I discover again and again the value of going into whatever arises, rather than trying to avoid, escape, or distract myself from it. Whatever you’re experiencing sounds powerful, and my guess it that it’s trying to get your attention because there’s something important for you to discover in there. The phrase that often comes up for me when I encounter something painful or difficult is, “Loving what is not used to being loved…” Good luck! 💜❤️🔥🫥🦋

@@macparker3549 its hard to pinpoint which feeling it is, but i tend to describe it as intense boredom. i have no interest in anything, all the things i used to be interested in do not catch my attention anymore, so i spend all my free time without anything to do, and that creates a sense of boredom that anguishes me, it feels really, really nauseating. it feels like life has no purpose or meaning, and the ''me'' is still here, going crazy for the lack of purpose and meaning, not knowing what to do to purge this feeling away, as it keeps growing. it's like being imprisoned.

Oh, shoot, had a long reply underway and lost it! So , let’s try again… What I was most drawn to in your response was your desire to “purge this feeling away.” In my experience, any quality I try to get get rid of only grows stronger. It’s acceptance that really frees things up. Can you meet this with love and curiosity? Or even CONSIDER letting it into your acceptance, rather than rejecting it, resisting, or trying to distract yourself? Not always easy, I know, but it just seems to be a crucial capacity to cultivate to be on this path. I often wake up at night to find some fear, anger, or other feelings arising in my body. I do my best to allow them to be there, to be welcomed into the circle ⭕️ of my acceptance. It’s not always fast or immediate, but whenever I meet a feeling or sensation this way, I feel a softening, an opening to something that has been closed, the tenderness of some rejected part of myself finally being met with love. It’s not a quick answer, but it’s the only one I know that works. Simply put, I wish you the unspeakable joy and relief of finding your own true love 💕 in places you never expected it could reach… 💜🔥🦥🤬😂💕🫥🦋

Hi Suzanne - I’m sorry if this seems disrespectful. I only want to be honest, for your own sake. You seem a bit lost, and depressed. If there’s something lacking in your experience, perhaps you can go to a Shaman/Meditation instructor/or a therapist that is non-dual aware…they can help you. You might still be awakened in the mind [the ego has a way of hijacking spiritual experiences - if this is the case, it’s totally natural.] You’re calling this state of consciousness “absolute truth.” It’s another way of perceiving reality. If you are in that absolute state - a brand new “Suzanne” can form. One with the wisdom from having been on the other side. I see the potential for a great Bodhisattva to emerge. There’s no knowledge or Truth to be found in any of this. All it shows - is that we humans don’t know a fucking thing 😂 best to just enjoy this ride, real or unreal, and love fully. Cheers!
