Join along as I go searching for the grave site that I haven't seen in almost a decade. I'm pretty sure I found different ones than the ones I was originally looking for.

So I was curious and looked up that name "Spicy C Swindle, Texas"....It came up on Find a Grave. Apparently that place is called the Hutton Cemetary (?). Named after Vincent James Hutton, who is apparently buried under an apple tree near a pond on what was his orchard, just east of the cemetary. It says there is no marker for him.....Wow. How interesting. Is there a pond east of that cemetary???

Interesting...yes there is a pond just east of there, but I don't know about any sort of orchard ever being close by.

Wow! This was so cool! I would’ve been all over that the first time I saw it! With a light scrub brush to see the dates and doing all kinds of research. I love this type of stuff! 💜💚

Talk to your county Historical society and see if they have information about that cemetery , might not be much and they might want to research those grave sites , Might bring a huge headache also but it would be the respectful thing to do . IMO .

If you are seeing any little brick-shaped stones laying about (often with the letter B or G carved on then) those are the graves of infants who died before their first birthday, and so before they were given a name. Why? Because infant mortality prior to ww2 was high enough that children called "baby" until their first birthday, as a hedge against their death (and having to grieve very deeply for them) in the first year of life, which was a 50-50 shot for any live birth. My family graveyard in NC is littered with these little gravestone bricks that all say BF or GF, for Boy Faison or Girl Faison. Pretty sad, huh? Just be grateful you were born in the contemporary period or half of you would be long dead already.

Yes there’s many that were a year or less years old. It is sad to see that many buried around the place.

My family settled in NE Missouri as first generation Europeans to the area. Some of those first people were buried on their farm, probably before a church and grave yard were established. I have no idea where those graves are located, other than a general area of the county. I would be delighted if whoever currently owns that land did a video like this, before it's lost to time, if that hasn't already happened.

Would definitely like a part 2 I know a lot of farms out here we’re I live In pa it was family burial. Or a cowboy and Indian burial. Find some cool tools next to the river’s and streams when it’s farming season. I take it as I shouldn’t get messed with if I’m respectful lol but last year I was cultivating next to a stream and found a bunch of arrow heads that must of been broke or they must not have been able to use them. I didn’t take any tho I moved what I saw out of the field and put the in the near by woods so generations of people can see them.

Interesting carcass disposal. We have to bury 4ft down with lime and away from water sources. Can't leave them for risk of disease being put into the local ecosystem.

Hi, it would be great if you could get a team of people from your local church to clean up the site and make it into a little cemetery with a fence around it. Be respectful of the people who were buried there. I infer if they had farmland there. Was there any cottages around? X

I hope used GPS device demarcus site where the graves are.. maybe someday you should go back there and straighten up that area and make it more accessible to you and maybe to the family that have members there . Ultra contact your local historical society they may have information on the family ... In some cases if they feel it's important to the community they'll actually asked for volunteers to come in and clean that up and straighten it up for the Dead.. springy metal detector back to that area cuz you may find other grave since you don't have heads stone....

It would be nice if you cleaned the area up got rid of all the dead trees that are down. It would be fun to research all the names and see if you could get the history of this grave yard.

Nope, none at all. The only weird thing was, you know when your phone gets wet and you try to type and it pushes every other button imaginable? Well, my hands were a little wet when I was by the graves and I tried to type something in my phone and it said “I’m ok, I’m ok, I’m ok!” That was a little strange but at least it was better than saying I’m not ok!

I feel so bad for coyotes....farmers dont bury or dispose of their deceased stock, they just let them rot then use the coyotes THEY DRAW IN as target practice.
