I was actually planning to adapt several aspects of Nocturne and other MegaTen games to DnD 5e in order to play a MegaTen campaign. I think I am going to stick with that, but maybe I would consider giving the MegaTen TRPG a shot sometime.

So I had no idea these were even a thing, but before watching I assumed they were just some silly little 90s doujinshi collab made by hardcore fans with too much time on their hands. Man, was I ever wrong lol. This is one deep rabbit hole, but I'm really hoping it'll go deeper in the near future. Now that I no longer have to wonder if a MegaTen TRPG exists, I'm dying to see gameplay!! I would just love to see how fusions would work in a pen and paper format lol xD Excellent video as always, Larrue~!! ^w^

I have to imagine that fusion would be simple! I mean, even in the games, it's as simple as: 1:Look at the race chart, find the new race that results from the races of the two ingredients. 2: Add their levels up. So, if you have a lv35 and a lv50, you've got 85. 3: Divide in half to find the average level. 85/2 = 42.5 4: Round that number upwards to the nearest demon in the appropriate race of that level!

My bros and I are hard-core Persona, and by proxy two of us are hard-core SMT fans (I more the older games such as Persona and SMT 1-2, I still play the later games don't get me wrong.), and extremely frequent TTRPG players. I was looking around for anything I could find to make a mix of SMT4 and Egyptian mythology for a campaign-to-be. So I stumbled here. I had an idea of story, but I wanted to know how to deal with player characters, stats and stuff. So this has fed me. But now I must wonder if Kodaka of Dangan Ronpa fame was a fan of Death March, because of Death March Club. By name only; as far as I know, gameplay is different between the two of them.
