I noticed it at once. Manipulators drag people down to their absolute lowest, so that when something or someone "good" comes into their lives, they embrace it without reservation or hesitation. This Sonic appears friendly and welcoming, but it's surface level. He's really just a man who wants to be on top of everything. He sent Tails to break down Amy, he supposedly sent Amy to do the same to Knuckles. And he'll break down the rest of the Sonic cast as the Something About series goes on. Tell me, what kind of friend tears down a person's psyche to make them better?

And he's not just a manipulator. He claims to want a team that can be as strong as possible, and perhaps that is true, but considering his home is already peaceful... why would he do that? Think back to what we saw at the end of the previous chapters: universes turned to darkness, as all the life is sucked out of them by the portals. *He* is the one who wants a perfect universe, and for it to be the only universe.

I like how this "perfect sonic" is literally the antithesis to everything sonic is right off the bat. "Prime" sonic is all about enjoying the moment knowing it'll pass, being at peace with the fact that everything has an ending. being set in stone about his belief that everyone has the right to their free will, even when they try to kill him. The guy who loves adventure who never considered himself a hero, or godlike in anyway. this sonic is literally the exact opposite of all of that in even the minute we see him for. I'm invested in what happens next.

Amy's real world has been damaged or destroyed. I got goosebumps when I saw all this because when I Watched the Loki Series Season 1 to Season 2, It Made Me Really Goosebumps How the Universe or Other Worlds Are Different and Sonic from Another World Doesn't Realize That This Is the Biggest Mistake Amy's ambition really makes me sad. If Amy loves Sonic, Amy should be a little patient and let's wait. Is Sonic ready to love Amy Because in Sonic's heart and soul Sonic really loves Amy but Sonic is very shy and not ready. I like that when each member is taken from their world, the still show how they have their slight differences. Like when Amy gets mad and is ready to fight we see the colours of the world invert and the lines go slightly crazy, as for sonic when he uses his power we can see it has a bit of a ‘manga’ like vib, with straight diagonal lines that show in place of a shadow. This can also be shown with tails, as he laughs when he reveals his true self we see the words ‘HA’ appear around him like a comic character, and even his whole vib is a resemblance of a comic book character due to the bright paint background we see when Amy strangles tail. Not only that but tails at times has very exaggerated poses and faces, as if the dimension tails originated from was originally from a comic series. I bet anything that the more character’s that are brought to this ‘Golden Universe’ the more art style variations we are gonna see.

I initially thought that Tails was deceiving Amy, but unexpectedly he didn’t lie to her, which surprised me. This Sonic, no matter how he was, is impressive because he had a tragic past and lost his friends and his world. I like him, he's one of the most interesting Sonics I've seen! As for Amy Rose, I'm glad she found her happiness despite the fact that she killed her Sonic. But I really feel sorry for her and I miss the old Amy before she became like this. I so want to see Amy in her old form with her sanity. I love this series There's Something About Amy, thank you so much Mashed, you're the best! It makes me think that Sonic is planning to somehow fuse his friends with him. Then again, it could just be the art style. Another edit (sorry, I like to ramble): Look at how far we've gone. We went from silly love story with a simple, cartoony style to a multiverse trek with some of the most eye-pleasing 2D animation I've seen this year. This series has taken such a turn, and I honestly love it.

@@Evcelium its symbolic because the light source was placed behind him to explicitly cast the shadow in that particular direction. the light source couldve been placed anywhere else so the shadows would be unobstructed. but the fact that the ending puts such a subtle emphasis on that detail makes the shadow position very important and intentional.

Amy sees a big shiny black and gold mansion so she walks there with tails.Tails traps her inside there where there is no light so she just wanders inside there until she bumps onto metal sonic more metal sonics appear and she defeats them all until one bigger and badder metal sonic appears but she defeats it. Next, sonic from this world reveals himself looking all glowy and stuff and tells amy that he is Amy's sonic. Afterwards Amy gets excited kisses him all over squeezes him, he escapes quickly tells her that he has a speed amplifier on his chest that converts his speed into teleportation, Then he tells her that he lost all of his other friends in this world and ensures amy that they will be together forever ❤😂​
