when you put in your 2-stroke oil for premixing, you should put the oil in first and then fill up. 🙂

generally, you can, but with the Renewable Lubricants premix, it blends so well that it matters even less than before. I also mix after to ensure a proper ratio. I have a very long premix study I will release soon.
