Take out the walls, leave the roof. Maybe make the walls hinge up. Turn the inside into a mobile fabricating setup. Pull onto a site, the walls lift up as more awnings, maybe have some kind of gantry crane off the side, and just use it for mobile jobs. Bonus if it has pizza and beer storage to fulfill "The Diplomat" part of the name.

Honestly I’d use the exterior as a facade in the new space. Clean the exterior and maybe use the door as an entrance to one of the offices or,bathrooms or something one off like that. Even if the engine gets running it’s a giant money pit project that would take a total strip down and rebuild to make it usable in the inside. Either way I’m in for the adventure fellas.

In comments after the first video, we learned LAS has designs on Magnivan for adventure. During the live stream this week, Walker said the Magnivan having a future has fallen into doubt due to everything about it. I have to double down on my comments from the first video: design the mobile workshop of your dreams to use as a fundamental tool of an expandable mobile profit center and a studio showpiece that advertises for you every time it hits the road. You now possess an antiquated fiberglass exterior, a certified road-legal chassis, and a bonus engine with transmission. Convert the exterior to wall art. Get the chassis dimensions to Spike, and leave your ideas with him for the next 9 months. LAS has to be stretched thin this year with the shop refurbishment and move. Put Magnivan aside for a year to equilibrate the business. Let Spike study and learn vehicular design. He can make his mistakes on Magnivan as he masters automotive-design skills that will pay dividends for LAS compounding over years to come. Next summer, move the most ingenuous mobile welding workshop ever designed into physical form. Magnivan will pay itself off in spades. Do not make it a lounge. RVs are cramped. You have way too much testosterone in that shop requiring room for mansplaying.

I think you could make a cool welding and delivery truck out of it if you can get it running good and stip it to the frame and drive line build a metal deck with pinned sides so thay can be removed find a old dodge cab over cab to put on it and an old weld generator combo put it right behind the cab with a swing arm crane and get all working good and you would have good mobile lift arc studies rolling billboard and construction vehicles all in one but at least you woul have a lot of content and you could build it to fit your needs for anything sky's the limit if you put in the time and imagination good luck hope this gives you something to think about
