He is a print and textile artist that interpretes cultural forms, sending the message of Africa to the world in expression of her identity. His works are in the collections of Smithsonian Museum of African Art and the World Bank Headquarters in Washington D.C. Some of his works are in the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, the MacArthur Foundation Collection in Chicago and the State House in Lagos.
In Odunlade’s art, delivered with contemporary and traditional techniques, is his examination of issues affecting humanity.

Thanks, so much uncle Odunlade, It is clear the idea and Ideals of Festac was a product of intellect with vision for a future of the black people but the people to implement these ideas, has not such intellect and integrity to fulfil them.

Chief Tunde Odunlade is a very deep man. I remembered the first time I and a friend of mine, comic artist met him in his gallery, it was a total rediscovery for my friend. He redirected his focus from Westernism to Afrocentrism. He allowed us into his mind. Well done Edmund.

Despite Chief Tunde Odunlade appearing very intelligent, he unfortunately, like most other Nigeria intellectuals, also fell flat to APC and Muhammadu Buhari "juju" (aka propaganda) even when it was so glaring right from the beginning that Muhammadu Buhari and APC were clueless and directionless.
