All problems have always only been problems of thinking. Outside the noise of mind, where are the troubles? Watch the mind like you might watch traffic moving from the side of the road. It really has nothing to do with you. Let it flow by as it will without investment and all will be peace, lightness and even comedy.

judged bad or wrong is the definition of guilty for the guilty life is a sentence of suffering self imposed resistance
@keithganzmusic
@keithganzmusic 4 ай бұрын
Intense trauma/suffering tends to fill up our sense of reality and drown everything else out…but there is a very subtle, quiet space which feels untouched, undisturbed…that is always here in the midst of it all…but any movement to resist or avoid the suffering brings us further into the story of it, makes more noise, more story, the story of me fighting it, of me suffering from it again and again…but it can be noticed that we aren’t the character in that story, that is just an image of ourselves in our mind…if anything what we are is a particular aperture in this mystery where a unique stream of perception arises, that stream is completely impersonal, it just arrives, you didn’t choose it or cause it, it is simply arriving in the space that you are aware of, find that space, find the space that is here simply hearing, seeing, listening, sensing, all the time, always only now, never at odds with what’s arising…from there suffering can be seen from a different clarity, and the story can reveal itself and lose its power to suck you in…don’t give up, the space is always there…it feels a bit like the sensory sensation of listening, like if you were paying attention to the sensation in your left foot…but then direct that sensory awareness out 360 degrees to listen to everything, the felt sense of openness to everything for no reason, just opening…it’s there to be found 🙏

If it can be observed, then it is an object. Objects are transient and illusory. The mind can be observed (the mind observing itself is called "introspection") via the unchanging Witness Consciousness, ergo the mind is also an illusion. Like all objects, it is transient and will soon pass. 🤷‍♂️

Statistically speaking, maybe only for 0.002756% of people on this planet, the so called "no self" happens, or in the state of the so called absolute. As Ramesh Balsekar said a long time ago, an illusory Ramesh seeking illusory happiness in this illusory Universe. But who gives a sh*t about the absolute if you are miserable?

I'm trying to reconcile what you're saying with other spiritual teachers, like Sadhguru (maybe you wouldn't call yourself that but that's what I'm calling you for lack of a better term). You seem to agree on some things but disagree on others. Sadguru's approach is more directional, where he says that we actually can make "progress" by accessing the intelligence of the universe, which can lead to more peace and happiness. Your approach seems more static though, where you're saying there's not actually anything to access in the first place.
@boredchubbypanda
@boredchubbypanda 4 ай бұрын
Not a big fan of Sadhguru but both approaches overlap. Self-ing IS the effort. When there's no self (via no effort), you are the universe (and thereby access its "knowledge" ). No effortn is the universe knowing itself. Static and directionality are not two. It's only your relative postion that interprets it as such. Infact, directionality if taken as a mean to an end would imply orientation. And to hold on to orientations is a manifestation of resistance. Susan cuts through the BS. There's nothing here to attain. Not even peace and happiness. They might be the byproduct of the undoing but certainly not the goal.

@@ItApproaches What do you mean by ego then? Cause by that definition (I have no problems with definitions being correct or incorrect as they are just stipulations for conversation so that people understand each other.) animals have an ego too as they desire to survive and reproduce. I understand ego as the narrative of self that appropriates certain phenomena as being me or mine and creates the illusion of an observer/experiencer. Desire is therefore not something for which the ego is responsible besides the appropriation of the desire belonging to a self.

May the creator show you his love and take away the pain. I hope to see you in the kingdom. If you hand your self over to love he will accept you and give you the good news. God loves you. Your honesty is a virtue, he is building on that, you have offered, he accepts you. He asked the father to forgive you, at his most painful moment, the father listens to honesty and blesses in return. Focus on his love, this will become better for those that love him. Even a token effort, is an effort, he works miracles, if you give him something to work with, it will be truly apparent why that is asked of you. Don't punish yourself, focus on his love.

There is no "I". Only the continuation of Eternal Consciousness. Consciousness has been reincarnated many times, in many forms; your human brain is not supposed to remember your past lives bcoz this life has enough problems and trauma of its own. You would go into a catatonic state out of sheer shock. 🧠👶

Good heavens, where do we start with this nebulous miasma of pseudo-intellectual blather? Your video is an exercise in verbosity, a meandering trek through a swamp of half-baked ideas and vague philosophical musings that would make even the most tolerant listener cringe. To begin with, your opening statement, "I think one thing that becomes... well actually I don't know if this is true because I'm not in anyone else's body," sets the tone for the entire soliloquy. This is the equivalent of a chef beginning a meal with, "I think this is edible... well actually I don't know because I've never tasted it." Confidence is key, my friend, and your hesitant vacillation does not inspire confidence in your insights. Next, you ramble about seeking fulfillment and achieving "an idea that isn't this, that isn't reality." Pray tell, what exactly is this nebulous "idea" you're referring to? Your lack of specificity transforms your argument into a cloud of meaningless words. It's like trying to grasp fog-an exercise in futility. Your assertion that discomfort and dissatisfaction reveal themselves when we're not seeking is as groundbreaking as the revelation that the sky is blue. Of course people experience discomfort! That's not wisdom; it's a tautology. You then leap to the conclusion that seeing other people makes you realize "how sad it is to be a human." This isn't profound; it's a maudlin oversimplification of the human experience. Yes, self-criticism exists, but so does resilience, creativity, and joy. Your selective focus on the negative aspects of humanity is both myopic and misleading. The notion that we are "never feeling good enough" and constantly trying to "tweak ourselves" is presented as a universal truth. However, you conveniently ignore the many individuals who find fulfillment in self-improvement and personal growth. Not everyone is trapped in a cycle of self-loathing. Your blanket statements are not only inaccurate but also insultingly reductive. Then there's your claim that "in the story since the beginning you were never a problem." This sounds suspiciously like the kind of empty platitude one might find in a fortune cookie. The idea that we are "perfectly fine exactly the way we are" disregards the complex interplay of nature and nurture, as well as the very real benefits of personal development. To suggest that there's "nothing to fix, nothing to change, nothing to make better" is to deny the very essence of human evolution and adaptation. You wander into the realm of metaphysics with statements like "there isn't action something in the body that is producing all of this." What does that even mean? Are you suggesting that thoughts and feelings arise from some mystical source outside of our physical bodies? This kind of vague spiritualism, devoid of any empirical grounding, is not insightful; it's irresponsible. Your assertion that it's difficult to function without the purpose of self-betterment is presented as a revelation. Yet, this is merely another tautology: if one finds meaning in self-improvement, removing that purpose will indeed cause existential confusion. This isn't deep; it's obvious. Finally, your repeated use of filler words and non-sequiturs-"e... e... um... yeah"-is the verbal equivalent of static noise. It adds nothing to your argument and only serves to highlight the lack of coherent structure in your thoughts. In conclusion, your video is a masterclass in how not to communicate. It's a swirling vortex of empty phrases, unsubstantiated assertions, and philosophical pretensions masquerading as profundity. If your goal was to leave your audience more confused than enlightened, then congratulations-you have succeeded spectacularly. For everyone else, this was a colossal waste of time.
