To find freedom, fully and completely, stand away from the titles. The biggest step towards freedom and representing all they claim to be and stand for is to eschew the titles. Abdicating the titles would give credence to Meghan and Harry stated commitment, "We can all live a life of service. Service is universal." The titles are superfluous with Meghan and Harry having relinquished, not stripped of, the patronages and appointments bestowed by the late Queen Elizabeth with titles in anticipation of service to the crown. Meghan and Harry are now part of American culture and private citizens.

Fun fact, she has said a few times that she knows how "Native Americans feel", and has heritage on her dad's side. It was rather weird. Here is my thing....I'm OBVIOUSLY native american. Grew up on the rez and went to the rez school. BUT my father is a Welshman (though you can't tell) and every single we are in the UK I feel so welcomed and loved. Haley….what a wonderful soul you are. It’s so refreshing to see someone write about their colour and creed with pride. I’ve been lucky to travel the world while being in the British Army and also as a soldiers wife and our best posting was in Alberta. While there we travelled around Alberta.BC and into AMERICA and we met some very VERY nice human beings of all colours and creeds. I love my crafting and sewing so spent quite a few days every month with ladies from as you said “The Rez”….well various towns/Rez and LOVED IT….great crafts learned,great dancing and HOURS of conversations about both ours and their histories …. No one felt it was racist EVER but being able to ask questions without triple checking your brain before you spoke was fantastic. I'm not British so I'm unbiased and I feel the same way about them not being the slightest bit judgemental, let alone r*cist. Meghan has been changing her ethnicity like a chameleon her whole life and only started calling herself black (even though she's biracial, not fully black) when she met Prince Harry and discovered the golden opportunity of becoming the ultimate victim of the archaic monarchy and British society. She's capitalizing on the stereotype of Brits that live on in a small segment of Americans' minds. That the British people are snobbish, they look down on you, feel superior with their posh accent, they only drink tea from teacups and not mugs because that's only done by peasants and of course they're infuriatingly and openly r*cist because of their colonial past. I'm very much European but I still contemplate whether I should do an in-depth genealogy test of some sort to see where my ancestors come from. It's understandable that our origins fascinate us and if we meet other people who seem to be "different" than us, we're curious and ask them. As long as it's done in a polite way, I think it's a great conversation starter as most people like to talk about themselves and we're all proud of our roots. However, I cannot support people like Meghan Markle who camouflage one side of their ancestry while they push the other and when the tide turns and they need the other half to be highlighted, they change the narrative. I saw her original acting CV where she claimed to have been Caucasian and she told her school friends that she had Italian origins, that's why she had olive skin tone. She literally hid her mother's race so she could blend in with her rich friends who she wanted to be like. Then she met the prince with the family that once had a huge empire with many African tribes and different races and she saw how convenient it could be for her to capitalize on that... I think it's offensive and disrespectful not owning up to her origins and even making a big scene when someone is genuinely curious and asks about her race.

@@JeannetteP71 It's been refuted by the Archbishop of Canterbury who was scrutinized after the interview aired because he personally executed their wedding day so he was basically called out for it whether he'd carried out a fake wedding ceremony or the couple was lying. And he refuted Harry and Meghan's little story but the real evidence is the British marital law which clearly states that you need a government figure and two witnesses to be present at your wedding and you can only be married in a state-approved location like a government building or a church. The backyard of Frogmore Cottage is NOT approved to be a place for a wedding so that in itself proves the story to be a lie, not to mention the three people present, meaning that they didn't have witnesses. I think Meghan wasn't familiar with this law and so she thought that as you can get married on a beach or in a backyard in California/the US, you can do the same in the UK as well so she went on to lie about it without thinking it through.

I've been saying this since the engagement interview! After the way she ended her relationship with Trevor, I knew she was trouble. I'm also not really believing the blind date bs, because she was at the Invictus games in Canada where is she more than likely actually ran into Prince Harry which got her the date. I do not know why I am commenting, but if she was depressed it could have been because of all the hormonal changes a woman goes through when having a baby. Women also can go through depression after having a baby which I would think the doctors would be aware of as well. When I hear things about the royal family, I remember King Charles walking Megan down the isle. I remember feeling warm towards King Charles at that moment in time. It is not possible to erase that wedding. I even remember the horrible look Megan gave beautiful Princess Charlotte as she walked past Megan. The only reason why King Charles hasn't asked Parliament for his son and his brother to be stripped of their titles is because he doesn't want to set precedent. I think the King will continue to manage things quietly, doing his best to keep things from escalating. Notice that he didn't remove Harry and Andrew as Counsellors of State and instead added Anne and Edward. It has the same effect of having Harry and Andrew irrelevant, but it was done without fuss or noise. Maybe a better solution than removing the titles would be to put the Sussex and York dukedoms in abeyance. That way they're not removed, which would require an act of Parliament, but they can't be used. However, I don't think Meghan would like that because she's a study in contradictions. She accuses the whole royal family (by not naming names) of racism, yet loves to be addressed and known as "The Duchess of Sussex", a member of said racist family. Doesn't that make her racist by association too? It's hopeless to try and understand what's going on today. Grifters like Meghan are given awards in a fancy gala, where seats cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, based on lies and a veneer of goodness. Crazy world indeed.

Finally the royal family may have some ammunition against Harry and Meghan. I hope this bill does go through because I will thoroughly enjoy watching Harry and Meghan's downfall.
