Was the aggro-sword his specialized deck to counter factory? Or was it a meta deck with his added tech?

It was a tier 2-tier 3 deck at its time that was considered only good for ladder At this time Artifact Portal and Last Words Shadow became a league above the other decks with the mini expansion support, completly snowballing past turn 6 Most players tried to contest a particular aspect of those decks, Shimon just identified you could aggro your way before their big payoffs
