I know a young man with Autism. He can speak 3 languages, English, Spanish, and sign language. He is the kindest and child-like innocent I've met as an adult. He learned signs so he could talk to his girlfriend and he learned it in less than a year. He works part time but I think he needs a better job like an interpreter for the deaf.

Because the board of such HOAs think they're royalty and dictators who can control everything and everyone. They're so far removed from reality that only celebrities seem further away.

Mr. I don't Want Your Billboard, may have completely missed something, paid off $20k and we'll go away(????), there's more behind the scenes with this HOA(considering they would have been paid monthly from the Advertising Co)....That HOA has more somewhat sketchy activities that need to be exposed....IMHO

Well, it should have been simple for the people with the pool and the dogs. They never signed up for the HOA, and should have been able to get an RO against the HOA persons.

Perhaps OP got dropped on his head a few times by his thieving Mother? It might explain why he is so stupid. Considering his lack of action when Mom continues to trick/con him out of most of the down payment she gave him, he deserves whatever she does to him. I have encountered bubble headed morons before, but this guy takes the cake.

I don't believe the camping story. Because if someone said they are going to do drugs, then as soon as I'd pull away in my car, I'd call the police. At least, that's what I think those types of people would do . If it would really have been me. I would have said ok. What time should I be there? 😅

No way the tale froml 24:29 to 29:00 happened. Author does not even know how HOAs operate... she was not obliged to respect nor could she modify rules of HOA if she was not a member

To the brother of the guy with autism. Sit your parents down and explain what usually happens to autistic, manipulative kids when both their parents die or become to old and get put in a home themselves. Who takes care of the kid and how likely are they to put up with his manipulations etc... I have been a RN since the 1980's and have seen a great number of autistic kids left abandoned when the parents are gone. Most of the time they end up in a Nursing Home and their abilities to cope or interact with others just degrades. Soon the Kid is in his 40's with the strength of a grown man. This leads to little or no self control and drugs or physical restraints will be ordered and no health care worker wants to take good care of them because of the attitude and total lack of decent manners they show. They quickly stop interacting with others and end up curled into a ball in the Hospital bed in their overcrowded room. Then the inevitable loss of bodily functions with skin breakdown and multiple infections.The parents must teach the kid to exhibit better manners. Up to now the parents are teaching your brother that poor manners get awarded. Get some professional help now! No one should die the way I have explained. Remember that it is inevitable the child will outlive his parents.

Why would anyone volunteer to become a member of an HOA? Signing up for harassment, inspections, fines, and monthly fees. And for what? So the HOA board can em bezel the money? No thanks.

nice, but I put a thumb down cause I don't like the 2nd voice, the old dude - he makes me feel exhausted and too much pressure, it's like a verbal gesticulation that doesn't bring anything imo. Sorry about that.
