For people asking whether it's lipped or not, if you listen closely to the song you'll notice that she sings the first 2 sentences live. After that you hear a slight volume change and a change in the quality of the mic. When she starts singing at (1:06) it is live, until the track comes in at (1:12) when the sentence "I've been living my life in black and white no sleeping" starts. If you still can't hear it try listening to it with your eyes closed and with headphones on. (also at 2:50 she hit the scarf thing against the mic and it didn't affect the vocals at all.)

She also always includes little improvisations and melismas that aren't in a recording, and these are different in every performance.
