I'm also in the G cup or bigger when I gain weight, and I have a tiny band in comparison, so when I find bras that actually fit me they cost $75 or more. I can usually only afford to buy 1 to 2 at a time and I wear those until the wire pops out or something. I cannot wash my bras every day or weekly. Stop the madness.

I have at least 50 they are expensive but I have a Sears here and love their layaway so when I get my three kids socks, under shirts, underwear, etc i put at minimum 3 bras in the layaway and that's almost every season of every year because my kids lose them a lot so I have to buy them a lot. And these are bally bras and vanity fair bras. Oh and my oldest kid is 13 and I started doing this about 11 years ago.

My mom always made me (and still makes me) hand wash my bras every Saturday, and the process is: 1. Soak in warm water, powdered soap and detol 2. Wash each vigorously 3. Change water 4. @Kry Kry It's true. I am part chinese and don't have a bad smell even when I sweat. I shower everyday because of work. However, I had a classmate apologize because he forgot deodorant. I told him it was okay, but he says he stinks without it and he's white. I do know that southeast asians and south asians might not have that mutation compared to east asians. However, since southeast asians are mixing with east asians as well some of us don't have the tasty components for the bacteria to feed on and produce odor.

Listen, when I get in the house I throw the bra back in the drawer usually twice+(especially if its one of my favorite nude colored bras) and my panties in the hamper. The only time that Im not recycling bras is during the summer time or after the gym/high physical activity like a party or whatever lol. Im not leaking fluids out of my boobs and I dont have body odor issues so my bras dont get tart and all that extra stuff lol. Panties are a different story, I cant condone that lol. yeah, no big boob ladies are washing bras every week. they're too expensive to have like 20. plus if you wear a different one every day, hang them up in between. You're only wearing one maybe twice before you do laundry. I do laundry every 2 weeks for myself. unless I sweat, or of course my workout bras, there's no need. My bras still smell like fabric softener when I take them off.

It’s funny because as a professional bra fitter we recommend clients don’t wash their bras until every other 2 weeks or once a month as long as you rotate your bras and don’t wear the same one everyday just every other day or two 👍🏻 so Jeanie is all good also no machine washing ! Hand wash only and your bras will last at least 2 years

I wasnt very surprised Jeanie doesn't wear deodorant...there is a gene that some people carry that causes them not to sweat or have to wear have to wear deodorant....there is also a gene for earwax as well...where as many people have "wet" or sticky ear wax, a small percentage have dry ear wax...and these two genes are more often found in those of Asian descent...sorry for rambling I learned it in bio for science majors and that it was interesting lol

The question is how many times do you wear your bra before washing it. If it’s Sports bra, after every workout. I have two really good ones. Regular bra, after 3 uses about. Bras loose elasticity after every wash. Mine are pretty expensive, about $60-$70 each so I try not to wash them so often.

actually, I read in a health magazine that you can wear the same bra for three to four days bc if you clean it every day your going to wear it out and you will have to throw it out. So once a week wash is good.
