If the producers of "The Real" try to cast a white panelist, they should not get Meghan "My father will hear about this!" McCain. If anything, the producers should have another Asian panelist; Laura Ling is my first choice for the spot because she has experience as a journalist and can offer mom insight and parenting advice like Tamera Mowry does. She could even be the "big sister" for Jeannie Mai.

Guilt is something I give to God consistently. I know in this life we continuously sin and lie about things like Jeannie said and what’s beautiful about being a Christian and believer is that Jesus paid for it all. As long you continue to repent and allow God to use you and renew your mind, you find yourself being convicted more in doing things that are wrong and turn away from them. The guilt ceases b/c that is of the enemy. God wants to give us PEACE which is a fruit of the spirit and in following Christ it is what allows me to feel less guilt and turn away from sin more and more! 😊
@TroyTalks.5 жыл бұрын
AMEN! the renewing of the mind part is so essential. Being a Christian doesn't mean we're perfect, it means that sin is no longer our normal.

That's not what you believe if you're a Catholic, it's main thing is feeling guilty all of the time, lol! Also you don't need to pray to feel less guilty about something, if you can find some comfort and peace from praying great but it doesn't work for everyone, trying to make things right if you can or making changes to your behaviour to improve yourself works not to mention forgiving yourself and trying to let the memory of what you did go, a lot of it is psychological, if you wanna call that God, more power to you, it's just another belief system at the end of the day!

A lot of moms feel guilty because of their desire to be a good mother and also work/have a career. Some people think that you can't be good at both and that one area is going to lack. There are studies that show that children who grow up with a working other grow up to feel proud of their mother for wanting to accomplish both. It is more likely that sons grow up to be more empathetic and help around the house more, and daughters are more likely to be successful and accomplished in their careers because they see their mother as a role model and adviser every day at home. I don't even have children but I am really looking forward to teaching them, regardless of their gender, that you can be good at your job, love what you do, and be a good parent. That is the best kind of role model!

POWERFUL EPISODE! Oh Tamara - I feel you .... please remember - they only have one mommy - and mommies are special, unconditional foundational supports of love for children - you occupy a special place in their lives that no one else can. They will ALWAYS love you and as they grow, they will realize just how special you are and how much you love them by all you have done and are doing for them. My mom died two years ago - and I now look back at how hard she worked for so many decades as a single mom to keep a roof over my and my brother's head- she could not always be there for us, but she was there as much as she could and was a stable force of love in our lives. I treasure my mom always - forever - and your children will treasure you too!

I don’t have kids & I understand Tamara’s feelings. However, she doesn’t have to work. I understand wanting to chase dreams and have a career, but I think she & her husband can afford for her not to work full time. I’m not trying to downplay her feelings but she’s not like other moms who have to work cause they live paycheck to paycheck. I don’t think it would break her family financially if she didn’t work for the first few years of their lives.
