I think Tamera looks great post baby and I 100% agree with her that it is okay for some women to take their time and lose their baby weight. Sure there are some women who can bounce back to their regular normal size in 2 weeks but every women's body is different and it takes time for some women to get back to their regular weight after they had their baby. You have to give yourself at least 2-3 years to get your body back after having a baby.

Most of us mothers actually care about our babies first other than our weight. I had two beautiful 6 pound twin girls almost 4 years ago. My body has just recently went back to my pre pregnancy weight,it defiantly takes time especially with twins, and i sure as hell wasn't rushing my body and over forcing my self to loose the weight.
