Ya’ll are twisting words and that pisses me off. He said Hollywood wouldn’t cast black comics who men wanted to be and women wanted to sleep with. And he didn’t diss the other stars. He stated why they don’t fit the system that he was criticizing. He was addressing the system. In addressing the system you have to address the artist because the artist and the work isn’t separate from the system. Everyone is too simple minded and hungry for drama to think objectively.

Those four guys are not very attractive dark skin or not. Like Lonnie said it really is the system and the people they choose are just trying to make it. I don't like it when people who get chosen think they are more talented than the ones who didn't. Katt Williams was on his way to major movie roles but when he went to the mansion parties and didn't agree with what he saw and then actually spoke on it they sacked his lil azz. I see both sides of the issue: I certainly feel that Katt Williams should be supportive of fellow entertainers who are rising stars. That being said, I think he was essentially saying that Tiffany Haddish hasn't yet paid her dues in the industry (as a professional) and she doesn't have the same level of experience as other veteran comedians and actors who have headlined major tours and successful comedy specials (yes, I am aware that Tiffany is making her own special right now). Being cast in "Girls Trip" does not automatically qualify Tiffany as a *seasoned* star. Now in her defense, she was working as a comedian long before she came to the attention of Hollywood. I also think Katt was expressing his opinion that Hollywood executives tend to cast gorgeous people for movie roles - often over people who are far more talented and experienced. But none of us should be surprised by his radio interview. Katt tends to push the envelope and speaks his mind openly whether people are offended or not.

There is plenty of room for different comedians. Not everyone has the same flow and style. Because of that, there are different fan bases. KW shouldn't be throwing down on another comedian.

Omg.. he didn’t disrespect Tiffany Haddish at all. HE TOLD THE TRUTH! As always people can’t handle the truth and hear what they want to hear.

How come no one addressed what Wanda did and how she started all this? Red also did a live talking about what actually happened before and during the break.

We complain that the industry makes it sooo hard for us african americans to be successful. We're finally making strides and receiving some of the same treatment that caucasions in the industry are receiving and the elders are shaming the new generations in stead of being proud to see their hard work pay off for the newbies. Do you think that Harriet Tubman would be pissed off that we were born into freedom or grateful to see what her movement of the underground railroad accomplished??? I'm disgusted by his antics.

I’m not saying we as black people have to love, support and like each other simply because we’re black but when the whole world looks down upon us the last thing we should be doing is tearing each other down more .

I love me some Tiff, but I got what he meant when he said she hasn't performed true standup. The comments about her being with a white man was extra.

Yep especially since he had no problem going on Donald Glover's show and he's married to a white women bet he didn't say ish to Donald

Tiffany is tall and pretty. She looks like a model. If Tiffany was Tiffany but looked like Lunnell she wouldnt be where she is... all of the female comedians before her are funnier than her, PERIOD. THAT was the point..tiffany tells "Haha that's funny" jokes, but she does not tell GUT BUSTERS. Its so hard for us to celebrate each other when we dont BELIEVE that someone should be there over someone else. You know why Kevin Hart working and Tiffany Haddish "going through so much" is so heavily emphasized? Because we csnt emphasize their talent in the same way.

Just for ratings, these women are doing exactly what they are "saying" Katt should Dnt be doing. He was criticizing the system. If he truly wanted to criticize the people he would have done what he did to Wanda.

Loni and Jeannie was spitting nothing but straight facts. Tiffany is a queen and doesn't need to come to that level of pettiness.
