+The True Fizz the shuffling that is involved in dealing any hand you want is a bit fishy to a trained player, it involves a lot of spotting cards by looking at them during a table shuffle and reaaranging them, performing this in 3 or 4 shuffles is very difficult and again, looks pretty shifty. a Cold deck makes it much easier, false shuffling is much more basic.

This scam works every time. I call it "the bartender scam". First I walk in the bar and say hello to a man. He asked me "who are you?" There I knocked him the fuck out and took his credit card and said "I am bartender" When I looked around if anyone noticed anything , everyone was looking away. One guy next to me was staring at the wall. Weird guy. I secretly smashed his head trough the wall and took his beer. Next step is important. You must pray for god and hope the real bartender hasnt noticed anything. You walk to him and order some more beer with stolen credit card.

That's too much work for such a small return. Try this one I like to call "Robbin' Hood". Find your local friendly neighborhood crackhead. It's not hard to do. Just check alleys until you find one with a cardboard box bed behind a dumpster and wait until they get back from blowing their dealer for a fix. If that doesn't work out, leave a cheap car stereo somewhere obvious as bait. After you find your crackhead, offer him $5 to tell you his dealer's phone number and address. Hide in the bushes by the dealer's trap house. Call the dealer and inform him that you just saw the crackhead from earlier talking to a DEA agent, and let him know they are headed his way. *Make sure you stress how urgent it is to gtfo asap.* If you did it right, he should believe he doesn't have time to grab, stash, or flush his shit. When he hops in his box chevy on 22's and peels out, help yourself to the stash inside. Take your time...he won't be back for a while.

The people who were likely to attempt a scam shown on the show would have likely already known about the scam before it was aired. If they didn't already know the information is also easily obtained online, the show just simply made the average person who wouldn't try a scam anyway aware that these scams were being pulled.

everyone will see you do that lol... i mean switching must happen during a casual movement that most people do in everyday life to prevent even the slightest chance of exposure. like fixing your tie, or scarch your leg, the real deal is, doing something that seems ordinary from the outside but still have time to hide the original deck safely. pulling chair closer seems pretty common, but it is way to visible, as its a bigger movement. so 2 out of 4 players will likely have a glimpse of what you are up to.

It‘s definitely a place where you have to decide between value betting and denying equity. Since the pot was already really big as i assume it was a 3- or 4-bet pot with a big c-bet by the guy with aces, i can see why you might want to take the pot down now and deny equty from a hand like Ks + A . Also if the board doesn‘t come another spade that hand would fold to a shove, so it‘s really hard to get called by worse on the river, whereas a nut flush draw might still call on the turn. A + Qs is also a hand that would call on the turn but fold on the river.

when I used to play cards, (specifically gin) the person shuffling would let the other guy cut the cards. But not only was the other person allowed to cut the cards, he also had the option to shuffle the cards and then pass it over to the person who originally shuffled first. At that point, the deal can reshuffle and let the other person cut again. I think it was allowed to go back and forth a couple times and then the cards would get delt out. I dont see this form of dealing happening anymore.
@can0mark11 жыл бұрын

@ITSjustWOOL6 жыл бұрын
Its complicated. It mainly depends on how big the all in was. But if you're folding top set there you are overfolding (unless he did an incredibly large allin) and your opponent can bluff any 2 cards on that turn because the amount he loses for the few hands you will call is much less than the amount he wins every other time you fold, if it was a half pot all in technically you should be defending 67% of your hands to stop your opponent printing money by bluffing any two, you adjust it depending on your reads and defend tighter of course because there are 3 players. Also top set still had 20% equity vs a flush there, so if your opponent jammed 33% of the pot and showed you his flush, you still have to call every time because its a profitable call overall.
@ITSjustWOOL6 жыл бұрын
@Hehdhchrydhd Duunhdjrjdjdj there there. Brains aren't your strong point eh? top set is not equal to a boat. You have 20% equity on the turn because top set can improve to a boat or quads.... dumb fuck :)

This video is quite simply, ridiculous. If you think anyone is going to fall for this terrible hustle then you haven't played enough poker.
@IAmPez2 жыл бұрын
Where on earth did you get that number from? The odds are nowhere near that long, that's just absurd to suggest. 4-handed as it and, with 2 cards to the quads being dealt in the hole, it's probably a lot more like 1 in 100,000,000 or so at a rough estimate. Still very long odds I grant you, but nowhere near the essential impossibility you stated. *edit. I forgot a player was already eliminated at that point, so it's actually 4-handed, not 5 as I originally said. Making the chances of such a scenario occurring even more likely.

Quads vs a straight flush? You don't need to make the cooler nearly that brutal, just deal them KK or QQ vs AA with a clean runout or AK vs 44 on an AT4 flop. There are so many spots in poker where you're just usually going to get stacked that come up loads. Running 2 premium hands into 2 better premium hands in one session isn't even vaguely suspicious or unusual.

He probably still could. Maybe the deck switch was a bit obvious, but a peak and second deal would give them a huge edge over the others.

he looks at the players before switching the deck, then his switch was so obvious.

You can crimp the bottom card and cut the deck,and Alex can find the crimp can cut the crimp card to the bottom to make the false cut.

At the end of the video, do the hustlers actually take all the money or do they give it back?

If you guys want to see someone actually do this without a loaded deck. Go watch Richard Turner. That man can actually do this with any old deck of cards. He can be the one shuffling, or he can hand the deck off to someone else and they can reshuffle it every round and he will still be able to deal any hand he wants. The man literally sees with his hands and there is no one else that can do the things he can.
