Couple comments 1) who is coco? I must have missed her intro at some point 2) watching you guys rummage though what looks like a store clean out reminded me of when I worked at a Big Box Store. We had certain return items that had to be ‘certified destroyed’ to the vendor to receive credit. Could be a potential additional revenue source for you with that dk75 shredder.

Hey Ryan that shredder is the ticket for reducing rubble it's to bad you couldn't run all the trash through it to reduce the quick filling of the landfill and cut back on your compacting it all they'd just have to push the ground up crap to the hole and save on space. With cell space at a premium everything needs to go through the shredder. Have the magnet feed the shredder and magnet out the metals from the cross belt along with the big stuff. It should save tipping floor space too. Should save on those slippery darn shingles too. What you spend in shredding will be made up in the number of trips the compactors need to make.

I note lot of dust come up from stuff like plaster board. How certain are you that nothing has been mixed in (granted in small amounts which are not immediately obvious) containing asbestos. The old addage of "one man's junk is another man;s treasure" always holds true. People often through out new, unused items. Since you already have a retail store in the garden center, have you ever given thought to opening a thrift shop offering clean, new or used items found in the landfill? I understand the labor costs may be prohibitive, but you could turn a profit when items like the skim boards turn up. Just a thought. Love the channel!

we have to sort it all in the uk has the land fill tax is £126 per tone this year plus the dump fees on top so to hire a 8 yard skip /dumpster you are looking at £300
