Master chief it's more solid, with no falling arms a and has some die cast parts.... I Don't know why they've decided to decrease the quality for the same price.....

That's common tho, since these figures are sold out in a lot of places and not everybody knows that the figures aren't worth the price so most people try to get out of this making a profit.

As a fellow Halo fan, I feel your frustration man! You're a die hard fan for getting these lol. Oh how I wish Halo could release something worthwhile these days. We all thought the pricing on this was outrageous, but little did we know the product itself seems outrageous too! And I didn't even bring up the lack of accessories to justify the outrageous price to an outrageous figure! There are plenty of import figures that give you so much more and higher quality with $120. You're not the first reviewer to mention how cheap it feels. Another person said it feels like a Model Kit. As for the $200 version....you can get a Hot Toys figure, not one but TWO premium Sentinel Spider Men with LOADS of accessories, or even entire collections of a line to fill out a shelf. Had I been in charge, I would've made the deluxe include an unmasked Carter head, include the AR or Magnum at the very least, detachable frag grenades, a display stand, and one or two effects like bullet shots, a yellow piece that can attach anywhere to make it look like shield absorption, or a white translucent shell to imitate armor lock.

There's a lot of cool things they could've done...but sadly not the plan. Just rush out a product and slap an outrageous pricetag on it.

Thanks for taking the hit on these figures. It does look better than the Jazwares Spartan Collection Carter but that is a steep price to pay for everything you mentioned. Especially when the accessories are so scant. All of these should have come with a minimum of a rifle, pistol and specialty weapon. The DX versions should have included an un-helmeted face sculpt and like grenades or something else unique like a covenant weapon. In the games/books, the Mjolnir armor uses magnetic mounts for the weapons and that should have have been the case with these figures. That's already something companies do for their accessory attachments. This could have been amazing. If it was $100 i could be pretty happy but this is gonna be a hard pill to swallow for this collection of figures.

Thanks again for the review. Can you please add a photo of height comparison with the Chief and Noble Six but all standing straight? Need to know if there is any small height different. I agree with the review, the flat paint apps and flopping waist is lame.

They're pretty much the same size, i'll straighten them out for the next review. The floppy waist is pretty bad, even worse since Noble 6 and Carter have it. So there was not even an attempt to fix it.

Just got my Noble 6 and yeah it's not going to get any better. The Halo license couldn't have been that expensive to warrant these prices for this level of quality and effort.

I’ve thought they would’ve fixed the issues noble six had(loose torso and falling arms)…but they’ve did the same s***t. Very sad the not removable knife and the poorness of accessories. Sentinel is tricking us with this Line…

It's a damn shame. But I had a bad feeling when I realized all these releases where so close to each other and no delays on release. That doesn't leave much time for production to fix anything.

In the back of my mind I was hoping they would improve a bit from Noble 6 but it seems like that really isn’t the case. Mine is coming in a day or two and I don’t think I’ll even bother opening it. What a disgrace. I think I’m pretty much done with 1000toys in general at this point.

So my first 1000Toy was Noble 6 and I was not impressed. I canceled the rest of the team except for Carter. But now I think after your review I'm going cancel this one too. I really wish MEZCO or threezero would do Noble Team. On another note, my BBTS say Carter won't ship till February! Where did preorder from?

I cancelled all my pre-orders. Very disappointed with the paint work and articulation. You're paying 150-200 bucks for a figure that has no paint, frail plastic, and poor articulation. This should cost 30 bucks imo. For 200 bucks you should be getting top of line of which includes paint, detail, great articulation and some lighting gimmick to justify the price. Moreover, this probably the only time we'll get a 1/12 scale noble team due to the state of franchise, so that was a huge slap to face. I pre ordered these figures in the first place because of this fact and I love halo reach as I grew up playing the game and sorta jusfied the price because of nostigla. However, seeing these reviews I was fed up and just cancelled my pre orders and got my money back. I'm probably going to wait for the boot legs if they're not fragile; tbh they'll probably be identical and be the same quality as the origionals lol. So hard pass. Just wait for the boot legs if you want a 1/12 scale noble team. You can probably get all 6 of the noble team memebers for the price of one if they're priced 20 to 30 bucks.

Dudes will complain about expensive engineering and high quality molds just because its not pained. Dude you know what your paying for when looking at the product. If people want the bang for your buck go get jazzwares. If you want a high quality acurate mold spartan get the 1000 toys.

@@therealPayneto be able to get a fully armored Spartan reach over and grab the knife isn’t something that is capable in most figures nowadays. The engineering isn’t perfect. Out of the figures I own these are fairly well articulated and have the feeling of justifying a higher price tag. Do I feel they are worth the $200? No, should be cheaper, however, the standard versions at the price they are are justified in what you get. Jazzwares is worth the $25 price tag as well. I’m not surprised that some of my jazzwares ankles don’t even have a tilt.. this is coming from a collector who has older McFarlane halo figures, jazzwares, and collects from SH Figuarts, Monsterarts, all the way up to 1/6th scale and 1/4 scale figures from hot toys and other third parties.

I also want to point out that it is in collaboration with 343. 343 has time and time again made their Spartans look clean. If you take a look at Halo infinite and their cores for the halo reach team, they are all clean, no weathering. The master chief figure they made awhile back is also based on the original time we saw MC in the trailer and 343 went back and added weathering because of the backlash they got. I have a feeling this isn’t fully a 1000toys issue, but rather the studio behind halo currently.
