We have two of the HyperBowl full size games at our arcade. Only four levels though, the other ones look fun!

Ah, one of those games I vaguely remember playing. And now I'm finally able to run this game as well.

Not only do I still have the Arcade Edition CD-ROM, I have played the HyperBowl rear projection arcade cabinet and the Attraction version at Dave & Buster's (called Jillian's at the time.) As much as I love the game on PC and on smartphones, nothing beats playing it with the bowling ball-sized trackball! The Unity port is on Steam, but I'd love for the original PC Arcade Edition to be released on GoG. Good luck finding a working cabinet, either in arcades or for sale.

I wish the game ran on Steam Deck, the trackpads there are practically almost perfect for this game on the go

I remember watching the old HyperBowl video of yours, and I gotta say a lot has been improved! One thing that makes me curious though, Have you ever wondered what was the upgraded/purchased Plus! version look liked? Like imagine getting through the finally unlocked lanes in the 3d lane selector? Maybe it could even look like what you were talking about in the 6:29 part? I would be very disappointed if it's just the Arcade Editon though, considering the fact that there is already a demo version of it. Edit: I was hoping 9:17 would be April Fools, but unfortunately it isn't :(

This really was fun at the Metreon, and in fact, nostalgia brought me to this video. Using the full size bowling ball trackball was half the fun. I disagree that this was the only game there worth playing, as there was a T-rex game that was essentially a 3d beat-em-up and used a full size joystick.
