I am receiving mine today also..... Very very excited. Over the last seven or eight years, I collected all first pressings of the Capitol albums and do enjoy listening to them from time to time...... Meet The Beatles and the Beatles second album are killer..... I totally understand where they were coming from when they sequenced these albums. Great video!

I really enjoyed your presentation this box set looks awesome The Beatles Capital '64 Mono i wish this would have come on cd too with all the nice packaging because the 2014 cd box set used 2009 remaster would like the Dave Dexter's remix lets hope Apple continues this for the rest of Capitol versions This is one great box set everything in one nice box! Nice video. This looks like a really nice set I’m hoping mine will arrive in the next couple of days. The pricing seems different in the UK the individual albums seem to be around £35 and I picked the box set up for £229 - so not exactly cheap, but only £19 more. Over the years I have acquired copies of all these albums in both stereo and mono so will be interesting to compare I suspect this will be a lot better tbh. I also have a copy of the FRC box set from 1973 which has copies of some of these albums in Stereo - plus others not included here (Help! , Rubber Soul etc.) and is a nice companion to this set. I’m sure there will be another box set heading our way to cover the next couple of years in the very near future.

Of all the unboxing presentation vids I've punished myself with in the past couple days, this one has to be the best hands down! That said, if Capitol ends up releasing a second U.S. mono albums box, it would have to be a 5-LP 1965-66 set containing "Beatles VI", the American version of the "Help!" Soundtrack, the U.S. "Rubber Soul", "Yesterday & Today" (hopefully with a reproduction of the OG butcher cover) and the truncated U.S. "Revolver". Lastly, if I do pull the trigger, it will be with the individual reissues at $30 apiece (about $180 total for the 6 albums being sold individually). More power to anyone willing to pay a full $300 for the box set just to have "The Beatles Story". But for me, that's hardly worth such an astronomical price tag for only 8 albums.

So do you think these will be released in waves? Like will there be a second set...Beatles 5, Rubber Soul, Yesterday and Today, Revolver, Magical Mystery Tour, Hey Jude?? Hope they release the American Rubber Soul. That was my first Beatles record...a dj copy. I think this is the strongest version of Rubber Soul...and possibly the greatest album ever made.

Yes I quite like the US Rubber Soul it has more of a Folk-Rock vibe. I agree let’s hope they do another boxset - or two..

I think something new is darker in colors as I own a 78 copy (purple label) and the orange text and paul and George's faces aren't nearly as dark as shown here.. how odd

The Beatles' Story isn't that much fun of a listen. I think a better exclusive to the set would have been a bonus ep with the original Love Me Do, Misery, There's A Place, and From Me To You.

Technically 8 LPs in the set only, 7 albums, but the set exclusive _'The Beatles Story'_ is a 2 LP set - so I guess 8 LPs.

I really don't get it. I was a 10 year old Beatles fan in '64 and, of course, had all the albums and singles. I did buy the CD set a while ago, but it's just a nostalgia thing. Why would anyone under the age of 60 or so want these inferior products?
