This show did two things: It took a nostalgic show and improved on the original in every possible way. The second thing they did was to make this show feel like it is part of a larger universe. The cameos were fun but each one was used perfectly to work within the story. This is an X-Men story but, the cameos show they are in a living, breathing world with Avengers, The Fantastic Four, X-Force, Spider-Man, Daredevil and so many more. This was a true MCU. The fact that they were able to do this in 10 episodes averaging 21 minutes each is mind-blowing. The animation, writing and direction are all on point. They made these characters so vital and iconic. I am blown away at what this creative team was able to give us. I loved every frame. Every scene. Every bit of dialog had meaning and wasn't wasted for cheap laughs. I can't wait to rewatch this and study everything with a closer eye. Wow... Great reaction, guys.

Although there are jokes about Rogue’s current physique, I was drawn to how beautifully shaped her arms were. Storm’s physique is beautifully drawn too. Their bodies look more like athletic and shapely but not exaggerated. I remembered a part in TAS when Gambit caught Rogue or he was carrying her and he made a comment that she had to lay off the fried chicken lol so that was definitely when she was drawn curvier

I just gotta say that this was probably the most damn perfect finale of a Marvel show since the finale of Loki season 2. The action, the suspense, the cameos, the post-credits scene. All of it made for one hell of a finale, and waiting for it was definitely worth me staying up until about 4:00am this morning. Also, the Egyptian remix of the X-Men motif gave me some serious chills, and the way Beast oh-so very calmly said "Oh, dear" was quite possibly the _nicest_ way he could've said "Welp, we're screwed." Anyways, I cannot fucking wait for season 2!!!!

The fact People don't realize the importance of Mary Jane in that scene is upsetting. In the series spider man, Mary Jane was tossed into a portal and was never found again, the series ended with Peter going to look for her. This scene confirms that he SUCCEDED in finding her, it gave Peter closure. People think it's just a cool easter egg

Jubilee's "fireworks" are atoms going off in tiny nuclear/atomic explosions. We find out later that she, in the comics, has had her powers grow in strength but she always keeps them at the level that we see to keep from causing too much destruction and she doesn't want to accidentally kill anyone. Basically she's causing free-floating atoms to explode. Her powers operate similar to Gambit than Dazzler but visually looks more similar to Dazzler. Unlike Gambit, she doesn't need to charge something nor touch it. She can just make it go "Pop!"

What a phenomenal season of Marvel Television! This season, finale was absolutely incredible, and it really had it all! Great writing, jaw-dropping animation, masterful music, amazing voice acting performances, brilliant pacing, respect for the original source material/90s animated series, and lots of fun/really cool Cameos and Easter Eggs for the fans to enjoy! They both want to being each other into the ideal world they build for mutants, they just disagree on how to get there and that’s why they fight. Because one person wants to bring the other into a world where mutants thrive amongst humans while the other fights for a world without xmen

I love how they essentially did the Seige Perilous to set up an Apocalypse story. Did anyone else almost feel like it was a tongue in cheek reference to Wolverine and the X-Men's second season that never was? Edit after watching the episode a second time: I forgot to mention how much I lost my mind at Shadowcat being on Forge's wall of faces, Scott and Jean meeting old lady Rachel, and Bastion's line at Jubilee reminding me of her "Independence Day" X-Treme attack from X-Men Legends after she used the trick she learned when she was trapped in a video game to clip Bastion's wings. And Kurt vs Bastion had me on the edge of my seat afraid Bastion would use probability to make Kurt reappear around his arm, killing our fuzzy elf.

I think the four horsemen will be Gambit, Wolverine, Morph, and Storm because they basically confirmed Gambit being one, that's how Wolverine gets his adamantium back in the comics, and Morph and Storm are the only X-Men to not have their location revealed in the end of the season.

Also… the Apocalypse stinger at the end echoes the end of Avengers (2012) when Thanos cameos and say, “…is to court Death”. Unfortunately, comic book accurate “Death” technically never showed up. Red Skull as Death did

10/10 season! I got my 2 fave villains (x-cutioner and bastion) and so many heart wrenching moments! They nailed everything from accurate powers to the wild psychic moments that made the original series so great.
