I just came across your channel after watching your EDPM video. Brilliant me and the wife do the same here in Oxford with building so like you everything is done by ourselves. I am a Carpenter so that helps. I am looking forward to going through your vids and following your journey

Superb! I think you should have a topping out ceremony when the roof goes on, you will have earnt a beer or three by that stage!!!

Not sure the little porch warrants topping out really, may save the celebrations for the workshop frame. 😀

You need some offset prickers for marking your draw pins mate. You can get them at tf tools. Not expensive

Will probably pick one up and a couple of podgers for when we get on to the bigger frame next year. The Christmas list is growing. 😀

Hows the air filter working for you? Have you been able to have it on when filming or is it too noisy?

This channel should be called the restoration chap as he works on the builds until all hours, looks after the kids needs halfway through a job and then continues but you rarely see the other half of the couple. What is she doing to contribute?

Everything to enable this family and channel to exist. It’s what goes on behind the camera which deserves the credit.

Glenn you don't know kids very well if you think their occasional appearance in a vid constitutes looking after them

I think you've missed the point, which is that they are a team, one enables the other. And as sampangolin points out there's a lot more to rearing children and looking after a household than it appears.
