Been ACLS certified for decades and the simplicity of this explanation is wonderful! Getting PALS and this helps a lot to make it simple with dosages and timing.

The video is very nice and useful-thank you for uploading such valuable material. At 4:32 minutes, you mentioned that the depth of compression should be one-third of "your" anteroposterior diameter. This could be a bit confusing, so I suggest using the term "patient's" instead of "your" for clarity.

Thank you for your comment. Each dose of Amiodarone during VF/pVT is 5mg/kg IV/IO up to a total dose of 15mg/kg (3 doses). Thank you for highlighting this.

Epinephrine in the 2020 AHA Guidelines for VF/pVT is administered after the second shock and Amiodarone after the 3rd shock if still indicated.
