Jack Sparrow is one of the best Hot Toys figures ever. The paint application and details are very impressive. I believe that this is the first Hot Toys figure (or any other sixth scale figure for that matter) where you can manipulate the movement of the eyes. As far as the display base is concerned, this is easily the most elaborate and most detailed one that I've seen. The likeness to Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow is spot on. There is so much to admire and appreciate when it comes to both the figure as well as the display base. With that aside, thanks as always Spot. I really appreciate it!

I bought one similar to this by Hot Toys, but came out at a different time than yours. I noticed that his feet are permanently part of his boots, which I'm not sure I like. Is this how they all are, if you know? This is my first Hot Toy figure, so just curious, as a doll artist. Love the face sculpts and different expressions!

I've been looking for a definitive and fair priced Jack Sparrow figure to add to my collection. That's definitely the one I've been waiting for. Oh, and by the way... The tweezers were probably added as a tool to provide a better way for one to tie the accessories around the Jack's belts and help with minor adjustments on his clothing. Really handy IMO.

I love the diorama base, but I hate the face sculpt so much. It might be the worst Johnny Depp likeness ever from Hot Toys, the dx 06 remained as the best until the new one was announced, but... the diorama is too cool to pass, I might get that part alone

There is a big debate between DX06 and 15 HS. According to me.. definitly DX15 has better sculpt but the 06 has.. i don't know. More charm or living expressions. This is it.

This is not the best Jack Sparrow done by Hot Toys, I actually pretty disappointed. Their DX06 Jack Sparrow from Stranger Tides is a lot better and caught more of Johnny Depp face sculpt, uncanny likeness. This Dead Men Tell No Tales version is awful. When it comes to this figure, the plastic sculpted hair they had in Stranger Tides is much better. This synthetic hair somehow look very off and doesn’t match with the whole figure
