I was really hoping you would review the Neca Back to the Future figures. I prefer the second head sculpt with the hat on, however both head sculpts leave a bit to be desired in terms of likeness to Marty McFly. I would pose this figure holding his hover board and using his hand to tilt his hat up. Thank you very much for the review.

Gosh, this is one of the first human Neca figure's I've seen that doesn't have that 'uncanny valley' appearence. I absolutely love Back to the Future so I think I might just have to go for these!

I'll be going with the hat Marty head riding the hover board while sipping on his drink. The extra hover board parts are a great addition if you you don't like to have big peg holes and pegs sticking out while Marty holds the board. Be interesting to create a custom base for that board wider or blends in.

I went to my local store to pick up a Tannen today when they held this 2015 Marty for me behind the counter that they got in a last minute shipment. I went with him and definitely love it. I also have some paint missing on his hair and the goofed a little on the shoe, but that’s nothing that I can’t fix. The only thing I can really say is that his joints are a little stiff but I’m thinking that spending some time with him, they should loosen up no problem. I am in love with the textures and detail in the figure overall and the several options to pose him really appeals to me. Multi-jointed figures have been something that I have always favored more and I am thrilled to see Neca come out with a line for this film series. My absolute favorite and I’m excited to collect the rest. Thank you for posting your in depth reviews.

Biff Tannen easily has the better head sculpt when compared to Marty McFly, which doesn't look like actor Michael J. Fox, at least when it comes to the default head sculpt. The mouth definitely throws off the likeness for sure. On the other hand, the head sculpt with the baseball cap looks much better. However, the brown paint is missing on both sides of the head as you've already mentioned. I'm sure that it's an isolated paint issue. The clothing looks good. I like the accessories, especially the hoverboard. The fact that the display stand has a ball joint gives the hoverboard some nice articulation. However, due to its small size, it can make it difficult for Marty McFly to be stable while standing on the hoverboard. Otherwise, thanks as always Spot for another great video. I really appreciate the continued hard work. Keep it up!

I would definitely use the head sculpt with the hat. Not only because I love the reflective paint on the hat, but the mouth on the other head is kind of awkward.

Be cool if the hoverboard have that magnetic hovering feature as the one that comes with one the newer 4K blu ray BTTF sets. Of course it could not support the weight of the figure but it could be placed right next to it on display.

Great video, I just unboxed and reviewed the 35th anniversary target exclusive thst comes with a magnetic hoverboard it tok doesn't say mattel lol but is cool as it does hover In the display case. This is a cool figure lots of options with the hoverboard.

The hat head sculpt looks great to me, I don't see any issues with it. The only thing that I found odd was the Hoverboard, which has lilac accents instead of the pink of the original prop.

We got not only the figures but I have seen the hat in stores. I don’t think they even have anything to do with the Back To The Future series. So were some what keeping up with the 2015 movie predictions. Lol!! I do have all Back to the Future figures except this one, which I regret skipping on.

I hope they make a full line of BTTF figures. So far we are getting Marty from first and second movie. I have also seen pictures in the yellow radioactive suit. We have Biff and Doc from the first movie. I totally expect an old Biff and second movie Doc evantually. If they do BTTF3 then of course you get another set of Marty, Doc and Biff for that movie.

I just got this and a retro marvel legends green goblin figure the other day, my local Walmart finally sells neca figures and they had the whole set of the back to the future figures but i didn't have enough to get em all so i just got this one

Figure looks good though the likeness is a little odd. But the real issue here is the combination of limited foot/ankle articulation and a poorly engineered hoverboard. It's very difficult to get him to stand on his own, more so on the hoverboard, and I haven't gone more than a few days without the stand giving way and the figure toppling over. I appreciate the concept but the execution is pretty bad. It's also pretty dumb they couldn't give us two gripping hands.

You had asked about did they ever make. The Pepsi drink bottle was actually made and it was a real drink also. It was a Pepsi one of a kind collectors edition only 3000 made. But it was a in my mind a shame on Pepsi part. As You had to get online at a certain time on a certain day on a certain month. But the web site was fixed to were it was impossible to buy it. Because I would have had it because i was on time with time to spare. But I was unable to get the web site to even show on my computer. Much less buy the bottle itself. They were $99 but does not matter has I did not get the bottle. This was I want to say either 2017 or 2018 when this Pepsi Limited special. Came out. But i want to say no one got them or very few because it was fixed it was a shame.
