I've lived in mansions and actually prefer smaller places. Not micro, but standard housing is ideal. What seems 'awesome' just becomes normal. Not to mention the random people every day being there to clean/maintain everything.

This is probably the best looking house I've ever seen and I've seen quite a few. I wonder why almost nobody uses this kind of architecture. Right angles are boring and they make everything look exactly the same without any room for designing it to your own preferences. Like why would everyone want to live in boxy rooms? I think the only thing this house may be missing are the solar panels, that would cover the whole roof, maybe a few wind turbines for the night. The dessert environment may make the house completely self sufficient even during a nuclear disaster event. If there's no more sun for years, you can be damn sure there will be wind.

The reason people use right angles is because it allows things to fit well inside your house. Crazy angles make furniture hard to find and poorly utilised space.
