I have been to hong kong two times: first time for 2 days for a conference, I totally fell in love with it. The mix of NYC style skyscrapers and banners combined with the traditional markets and streets and neon lights, it feels like you are in a movie or something. Definitely my favorite city in the world.

Total mortgage application decreased 6.3% from one week earlier, according to the MBA and it will only go lower considering the interest rate hikes. As much as the recession seems imminent , keep your heads up. Having monitored my portfolio performance currently up 15% from Q1, I've learned why only a few makes enormous returns from this seemingly unknown market. Get your money working.

I don't know if i want to be a billionaire, but having a few millions on my bank account would be great, so i can buy myself a house in the village i called home for 18 years of my life. I'm still only 23 years old, and having a house at that age would be great and be able to travel more, and i'm tired of working as a Municipality worker. Travel more, own a house, donate some money and start getting education to work as a freight train operator. That's something for me
