About getting them full, Keep pumping it on the cartridge up and down to relieve pressure. Or, use something to press down in cartridge center where gas goes in and let some pressure off that way. Keep doing that and leave some headspace at top for pressure/gas expansion.

Just an FYI, the chemical on the Pads is Pyrethrin, which is produced Naturally-occurring and are produced by certain species of chrysanthemum plants. Many people by Liquid Pyrethrin in a 1% solution and then mix it with a 5 to 1 mixture with water to re-soak the used pads and then reuse them. Use at your own risk even though this is not suppose to be harmful to Humans & pets.

You don't need any glue. I've filled dozens of them, and only had 2 so far that didn't seal properly

Having BIG problems to fill more than 2-3 mm, any idea why?? tried 2 diffrent brands of gas, and 4 diffrent cartridges..

Have you change the adapter to the Big gas botten? It must be something that you make... Have you tried to put te tube in different angel? The tube you want to fill should be the one under the otherone. Try and please let us know... I had my first leaking gastube yesterday. No problem but I will throw that away. /Matti

Hahaa... Big Gas ... alltså... De där munstyckena som följer med. Jag fick fila till ett qå det passade in i mässingkopplingen. Sedan sätter jag stora tuben uppifrån så gasen liksom 'rinner ned'. Vet ej om det spelar roll... Jag har också märkt att vinkeln på hur man håller gasflaskorna mot varandra spelar roll.

The butane tips never fit. You need to explain that you need a #5 butane tip and then you need to modify the tip for it to fit. Not all butane brands work. I've had 2 different brands that would not burn, but most of them do burn. Second thing, you preach to much about environment. Thermocell is proudly the safest thing to use besides a zapper, but then they use electricity. The Thermocell isn't harmful enough to damage the environment. So stop crying about the environment. The Thermocell is the best option out there that I've found

...about environment I don't know if I agree or disagree. There is an environmental 'cost ' when you produce the machine and all the gas/blue tablets etc. Of course we have to take care of the nature we love to be in. 😉 But I don't know if a plastic machine is less or more environment friendly than som shit that you apply on your skin from a plastic bottle. 😀 Life isn't easy! /Matti
