My pasta came out chopped up in small bits, (I used Dinosaur shapes) should this happen

Sorry I missed your question … I’ve never done dinosaurs but penne , spaghetti and fettuccine definitely work perfect every time 💚

Am I meant to put something over the blades? Why does my pasta chop up all the time?

You can use a blade cover (if you have one they are optional extra) but not needed with the types of pasta I mentioned Just make sure blades are in reverse

What if we want to do less than 300 grs of pasta?

Works with less pasta … cooking time will be the same

@@GemmaThermomixConsultant didn't work for me :( i was using gluten free spaghetti which might take longer to get soft and didn't drop fully. Next time i will try breaking the spaghetti in half (hope there is no italians here). :D

is it ok to pour boiling water from kettle inside to make it go faster?

Definitely and you could take about 5-7 mins off the cooking time
