Coking meringue is not easy, but with Thermomix is super easy.
You will have a great impact and the recipe is super yummy. In addition is gluten-free.
--RECIPE------
Meringue
• 100gr of white egg (3 medium eggs)
• 200gr of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of corn starch
• 1 tablespoon of lemon
• Optional - salt
Cream
• 200gr of mascarpone cheese
• 200gr of heavy cream
• 100gr of powdered sugar
For garnish:
• Mix of berries -300gr
• 1kiwi
