I have tried many recipes on how to make a Spanish tortilla in my thermomix and they never really turned out the way I wanted them to. This is my own recipe and it comes out perfectly. Bear in mind it really depends on the type of potatoes you use to make your tortilla. You might have to increase the cooking time if you use very floury potatoes. My recipe has no onions but if you prefer yours with onions you can add 200g onion after chopping the potatoes and chop 2 sec/speed 5 then add olive oil and sauté 8 min/120ºC/speed 1.
Desde que tengo mi thermomix he probado muchas maneras diferentes de hacer la tortilla de patatas en ella, ninguna ha tenido el resultado que quería. Por fin le encontré el punto para hacer esta receta y que las patatas no queden hechas puré. Yo la hago sin cebolla pero si la queréis con cebolla la podéis añadir después de cortar y sacar las patatas de la thermomix. Añade 200gr de cebolla, trocea 2 seg/vel 5. Después añade el aceite y sofríe 8 min/120ºC/vel 1.
