you throw in the word 'sap' when ordering the dish, what does 'sap' mean? You also use it at the table when talking about the dish ie. "Pad krapow moo 'sap'", am I hearing this right? Ready to go to Thailand for the first time in 15 years. Brushing up on my non-existent language skills^^

It means minced as in minced meat. So moo sap would be minced pork. You wouldn’t really use it with anything apart from pork though I don’t think.

I have a recommendation for the BEST pad krapow moo sab that I've had in all my time in Thailand. Isn't the hugest portion , but absolutely delicious! Definitely worth a try! A small restaurant at the ground floor of an apartment complex in On Nut, Sukhumvit 77 called Krongthong I will always make the journey to eat it there 🙌
