Hahaha no way! They don't even let dudes like Angel into celebrity hotels. Its just that all the hotels in the Lake Como area are next level. Some of the best in Italy really. also, a lot of these hotels have dynamic pricing so depending on when you book and when you stay, you can get a pretty good deal for such an amazing place.

If you want an amazing view (with a thrilling drive up) and a great restaurant on site, I loved Hotel Paradiso Como in Brunate (just above Como.) There's a cool funicular to get up there. Downsides, it's a little inconvenient to get up and down, so maybe a short stay just for the view and relax by the pool.

thank you for posting. i love all your videos. I am a USA traveler. i been too alot of places. in my opinion Lake Como was more of headache than anything else. what we did- took a train from milan central to Varenna and stayed at air b n b for 3 nights. We stayed at air b n b in Varenna. i thought the towns were very boring, not alot of public spaces. most of the homes are gated or have tall walls. you can walk along the lake or rent a boat. i thought it was overrated. no grocery stores in the area. It just wasnt for me. you can pay $10-$20 to walk terraces. but then you are also with other people. My advice. skip lake como or make a day trip/one night stay if coming from Milan. tips: be very careful going on the train. italy does not put notifications on what stops the train is going. the trains are confusing. so be careful traveling from milan to Varenna(lake como). I had awful time leaving lake como go back to milan, the train skip milan and went to far east of the main station. it was nightmare try circle back to the main milan center. I blame the train system, no signs, no videos on the train, no workers to assist.

You have got to be kidding! You can't move for wannabe influencers taking pics, they are everywhere. It is beautiful BUT its one of the most stressful and chaotic places to visit on earth. There is NO parking and boat and train timetables don't work. Some boats have 6 hour waits. Eat at the wrong place and you will pay $100's for bad food. Cheaper food is available if you like pizza and ice cream. Bellagio is a nightmare avoid at all costs. Bellano is much nicer. The best thing to do is walk up to the managgio refugio where you can see both Lake Como and Lugano in one view. Menaggio is nice but the Victoria is dull, dull, dull. We stayed at hotel du lac and it has a lovely roof top infinity pool

​@@Andrew-cg2zl We usually stay in Cortina, in the Dolomites, when we go to Italy. The lakes are just manic in the summer. We also went in May, once, and was quieter but chilly. The Dolomites are busy too but manageable. Much prefer the Alps & Dolomites, Cortina, Chamonix (France), Grindlewald (Switzerland) if you want beautiful scenery and walking. Lovely lakes in the Dolomites too, and Slovenia. (Lake Bled). We won't be going back to Lake Como in a rush. Even Annecy is much nicer if you want a lake,
