When I heard that I was thinking….the strongest men maybe wouldn’t necessarily be going 1st because if the fighters lose I’d like for the strongest to be home and be the last line of defense…the final boss kinda? Not that frontline warriors were weaker but being in front to me just means you’d rather attack vs defend. Just a thought.

@@spiritpill641 I feel you, but I feel like the best defense is a good offense. I’d rather send the stronger men out first to keep the fighting away from home as much as possible.

The “why” is truth. Im a gym owner and i always try to tell my clients this. What is your “why” Is it just to get a big ass or big arms? If the “why” is just physical; your path is only going to last so long. The goal is to create a lifestyle. 💪🏽

I really enjoy listening to you Dr Price. Black people need to hear all of this information. My son is a Clinical Psychologist, most black people need psychological therapy. They need Black men that can understand where they come from. He seems to like challenges too. I’m really taking better care of myself. A lot of sickness is bought on by ourselves. Like most black women we love to eat and cook soul food, he was raised on soul food, Im always glad to see black men talking about worth while topics. You really break down problems and solutions very well. My son acts like the man in shining armor. He’s the 1st in our family to become a doctor,raised in the ghetto by a single mother, he makes us proud. I’m so sick of all these young men striving to be a rapper.

I was a vegan for about 4 years, a vegetarian for 7, and now I just don't eat red meat. The major expense with the vegan and vegetarian diets comes in when you try to buy "meat substitutes". So things like vegan cheese or tofu substitutes are much more expensive than their traditional counterparts. The rest of the diet is comparatively inexpensive, specifically whole foods and produce. Great conversation!

I study strength and conditioning and I heard he talking a lot about dieting but maybe because it’s not his specialty training stayed a little a side on his speech. Testosterone is really fundamental to build muscle but it was not mentioned that training large muscles like legs intensely also help to increase natural production of testosterone. So allied with a better dieting, intensive training is also important to the well functioning of the body. Great podcast👏🏾

They dumb to believe they with them for anything less. From experience my sister in-law is from Japan and she is just like a black woman. So he's miss guided, it the type of woman they want, real women match energy, black white Asian don't matter. I grind till I get it. Is a real thing. Sir, stop throwing black women in some hard to deal with categories, they don't say they bout white women who expect plenty of money. I don’t like the resistance to being “average” that is rampant in society today. Because it’s not that you shouldn’t strive to be at your best, but the reality is that average is not something that is manufactured it’s just the reality we all adhere to. Like, whatever the average earning is will have some drag on your actual potential earnings because it’s the reality of what you should expect. You don’t always have a choice in how much you earn over average and you shouldn’t have to be stressed out by simply how things are.

The issue isn’t meat. The issue is processed foods. A lot of people who get on this plant based/vegetarian/vegan hype like to say that meat is the biggest problem in our diets. It’s not. It’s far from it. There’s extensive research of how important consuming animals is. There’s many vitamins and proteins that you can’t get from eating plants. Especially in digestible forms. If you really want to talk about diet. Processed sugars and carbs are the real problem.

The world health organization says other wise. If you could link me some studies that would be awesome. But I’ve done lots of research on the subject and no we do not need animals products to survive and thrive. If you want to consume them that’s great for you. But don’t spread misinformation. Look forward to seeing those studies!
@EvilShadex101
@EvilShadex101 2 жыл бұрын
@@MayorBrownn I never said to “survive and thrive”. Also if you’ve done as extensive of research as you think you have, you would also know that there are tons of people who were on vegetarian/vegan diets and had to cycle off of it cause of malnutrition. Why do you think these people have to supplement so much? You would also know that there are vitamins such as iron and protein that come in more absorbable forms in meat over vegetables. You would also know that protein from plants has a lesser efficient amino acid compound than animals. You can learn this from people who have actually done real research. Sounds like all you’ve done is listen to the world health organization who, by the way, has been wrong on many different occasions. This is the same organization that tried to say that fat and cholesterol is bad for you which is far from the truth
