My day starts with milking my 2 dairy goats. Feeding animals and watching critters brings me joy and peace. My chickens free range and are hatching peeps. So fun to watch. The baby goats have such joy. It is contagious. My rabbits are so calm. Structure to my days.

I'm not religious, I live in a city so my lifestyle is different than yours. However I think all people are more alike than they realize. I find the craziness of the world can take away your peace of mind if you let it. I try to keep that craziness at bay as much as I can. Like you, I find doing domestic things such as baking, gardening, sewing (I like to quilt), and spending time with friends helps to center my life. I have enjoyed baking with you, thank you for your calm presence.

This helped me so much. I have been in the hospital since Saturday with Acute Pancreatitis. No peace in my body right now but I have the peace of God with me always. So thankful I have Jesus with me always .

I agree! When I’m in prayer and in The Word, I have more peace! It’s frustrating that I’m struggling to pray like I use to, due to work hours and I’ve got to break through this ! Night time is easier for me to pray and focus on the Word .

I was getting stir crazy -its been storming and raining, today is the first nice day - I'm ripping out overgrown mess to put my medicinal herb garden and just talking with God the whole time! Thank you for this video… we can’t control the world but we can put it in gods hands and be busy about the work that god has givens us… I am a cancer fighter and have found out that I will have to have chemo again…. My mind has been very hectic… add to that how ungodly our world is today.. my heart has been very heavy… however while washing the laundry by hand and listening to uplifting music god has so made my heart light and peaceful…

My mornings can take off in a cranky direction first thing lol I live in a beautiful place but street noise uh !so I made your pizza dough put in freezer until Fri cleaned kitchen.i have Huge long patio full of plants and nice furniture , a bistro table at other end I love to have coffee out there.my cat loves to sit outside so I bring him out I have a relaxing fountain,but there’s busy noisy on Other side of my gate . I picked uphone and there you were to better remind me to relax noise and all lol Thanks Cricket

My hubby is 53 and I'm 49. We feed out chickens organic layer feed and scratch feed. They also get a ton of yard greens everyday. We eat chicken, turkey, grass fed beef, and venison. Thanks so much for watching!

Rose, I have a question for you unrelated to this video. I just bought a refurbished NutriMill Artiste mixer. When I turn it on to each setting, it starts out very fast and then slows down to about what I would expect it to be after a few seconds. I'm concerned that this is a defect that wasn't fixed and that it might somehow shorten the life of the mixer. Please tell me if, in your experience, the "go fast and then slow down" is normal for this mixer. Thank you for any input you can provide.

I do notice with the Artiste and the Bosch that it seems to be variable when using them. It does seem to change speed a bit while mixing and kneading. I hope that helps. Now why would you use hard white rather than soft white?? I thought soft white was for cookies, etc. 😮

I'm actually very low on soft white wheat right now. Soft white would great wonderfully for the cookies, for sure!
