Sahm king.. i saw how it broke ur heart watching Lexi get ready to go. But, what got me was when you called for her, she came running, and crawled under ur legs. She is TRULY attached to YOU and Collin . You are her mommy, and all she knows. It will Def take time, for her to trust someone knew, but I'm sure she will. I was just watching Lexi, and see how Excited she would get, when you or Collin would call for her, and went to take her toy. But with Hayden, she kinda was on guard, but on other hand I could see Hayden was little nervous also. But I know their bond will get Stronger. I hope ur OK Sahm, and just know you will Always be Lexi mommy and her Forever ANGEL, for rescuing her from that nasty home. I think you have made the right decision for Lexi. I can tell you love her, and anyone that thinks your running a scam has not been paying attention!! It's wonderful that she will be nearby and you can check in on her. Her new dad clearly adores her and she has earned that peace of mind. She is going to be loved and happy. Her coat looks great . She is learning that she is allowed to relax and enjoy life . When she came over to you and looked at you I knew she recalled you saving her . The young man seems to love her and she knows that but she also knows who saved her .

I just came across your channel and I have watched the videos involving Lexi and I believe you and Sam are God's Angel Warriors in everything that you have done involving Lexi. I could tell your heart's were in it 1000% and having to give her another loving home wasn't an easy decision but you put her first and that's what a parent's decision is suppose to always do. I cry over so many videos of dog rescues and when I came across you I not only felt all your love for your Rot babies but I also got to know you and your devotion to rescue Lexi but your plan for her to be a family member for the rest of life. I only cried when you got her(happy tears) and I cried when you had to make the hardest decision for her to be a new home (sad tears bcuz I knew it was hard for you), but she came first with you in all ways. Then when I watched her with her new daddy and how she was so comfy with him, I cried happy tears for all of you!! It's hard to let go of a dog you love but know they can have a better home with someone else. I had to do it, even with all of the research, his breeder and professionals that I got help from etc. The family he lives with are doing great with him, and I see him everyday on instagram. Hi Collin & Sahm, I was so touched when I found your channel... I believe we are similar in our care and feelings about our pups...I was right with you when you went to 'meet' Lexi Lou. As a responsible dog owner of AmStaff Terriers, a breed that has been misunderstood for far too long, I felt like, I was right there with you when you decided Lexi needed to go home with you and I would have taken the exact same action as you did and I applaud you for it. Just wanted to show support for being amazing people and share something I heard so here it goes: Souls are in our lives for A Season...A Reason... Or...A lifetime. Often times we don't know which is most fitting...at first. I believe all three apply in this situation for everyone... Great souls...Collin, Sahm, Hayden & Lexi. Collin was meant to find ad online offering dog adoption. Collin & Sahm couldn't leave beautiful Lexi any longer in those awful conditions. You both were also very patient and compassionate in rescuing Lexi and getting her on her way to be loved like all pups should be.You both also put in time and effort to try to correct the pack dynamics when they were off. Know enough about the breed to make the best possible decisions for her.. Knew when it was time for everyone's health to be only a temporary home for Lexi. Lexi was being neglected... starved for affection.. basic obedience training... potty training...basic day-to- day care...covered space to keep warm at night. You did your best, worked as emotional & physical rehab for Lexi while you found her an amazing forever home. Being responsible pet parents isn't easy but it is the only option that works out for everyone 😉
