No doctor signed off on Archie's birth the first and only time that's happened with a royal birth. The doctor Meghan claimed delivered Archie was out of the country on family holiday when he was born. Archie's birth certificate list mother as the Dutchess of Sussex with no name Harry's full name & title are listed as father. Odd indeed.

Sorry, you're forgetting perspective. Objects or living things closer to the camera or viewer appear larger than objects or living things further away from the camera or viewer. Even in short distances. William is behind and further away from the camera than Catherine, so she looks larger. Look at how Harry seems huge compared to his admittedly short mother in law, and the Queen looks larger than King Charles. Perspective is how the eye sees and judges distance.
